Two of the victims are cousins of the shooter. That poor family.
So very very sad.

I hope the news doesn't say his name. I feel like this is becoming a way for people to become infamous. "Marysville police declined to release the shooter's identity, with Chief Rick Smith insisting he did not want to "dramatize someone who perpetuated a violent crime in a place where children should feel safe."" Too bad the media thought otherwise. Unnamed is the person who tried to stop him. Not so for the shooter. article |

Another victim of the shooting, Shaylee Chuckulnaskit, died tonight. The two boys who were shot - both cousins of the shooter - are still alive. One has made continued progress, but is still hospitalized. The other is still is critical condition. Just such a terrible situation.
