I have a free subscription to Apple TV from the iPad I bought around Christmas. But I can’t find the app for it on Amazon so I can watch it on an actual tv. Am I missing something? I really don’t want to buy the Apple device for $179 just to watch The Morning Show on a big screen.

I’m sure there is a better solution, but until you find one you can always play it on your iPad and mirror it onto the TV. That’s how we watch(ed *sob*) some basketball games. I’m considering getting it to watch Defending Jacob. I found this on iTunes, is it what you’re looking for? www.apple.com/apple-tv-app/ |

Not quite but thanks for looking. I know it’s compatible but when I’m on the fire stick on my Tv the Apple TV doesn’t come up in a search to even download it. I guess I’ll just mirror it for now.

That should have clicked after what Katy posted. 🤦🏻♀️The one in the living room is a FireTv that I keep trying on. But it is an older one at least three or four years. My bedroom one I just bought a new one last fall so I’ll try it. thanks! |

We started watching Defending Jacob last night (5 episodes because we just couldn’t stop). It’s the best series I’ve watched in years. Warning though that it’s very sad, almost depressing, but so effective. Wonderful acting.

Warning though that it’s very sad, almost depressing, but so effective. Wonderful acting. Wait until you finish it, to me it just kept getting better and better. I thought overall it was extremely well done, with the exception that Michelle Dockery seemed a bit wooden to me. I’ve never seen her in anything else and from most accounts she’s an excellent actress so it’s probably just the way she chooses to play her character’s personality that I don’t care for. |
