I have sent a number out to peas, and will do more, if need be. My issue is that I don’t want to go to the post office any more. I was having to go a few nights a week - after they were closed, but the lobby open, and my son was asleep. I no longer want to do that. If people still need them, after the people above me have and are willing to send a pdf of a prepaid shipping label - obtained through either Usps.com or PayPal multi-order shipping (the cheapest way) - I’ll send them with no payment to me, just the label. I have both regular envelopes and flat-rate envelopes and will use whatever you want. These are the masks I am making now: www.craftpassion.com/face-mask-sewing-pattern/ I can make the nose-wire pocket and put in a pipe cleaner that can be removed for washing, if you would like. I am making them without the pocket for a filter; there is woven cotton on the outside and the inner layer is cotton flannel. Just let me know here or pm me. There is a web site where you can purchase discounted postage at home. You will need a scale that weighs in ounces, mailing envelopes or boxes, and a printer to print the postage. The web site is pirateship.com LINK I use it all the time to mail orders to clients. I put the package out on my mailbox and my mail carrier picks it up.

I appreciate the help, and I was trying to make it easier on myself, not more complicated, since I am not charging for the masks. I have spent hours each day making them - and would prefer not to also spend a lot of time on the postage end of things. Others can just as easily buy the postage and email the .pdf to me. That way we aren’t giving money to PayPal in transaction fees. And no, I’m not setting up other online payment systems like Zella for this. I live in a townhouse and don’t have a freestanding mailbox - just one key-locked one in a bank at the end of the cut-de-sac. Anything that doesn’t fit in the 6 in wide slot on the one box for outgoing mail has to be brought to the post office, unless I am lucky enough to intercept the mail carrier as she is distributing the mail in the bank of boxes. Really, I don’t want to sell these. I’m not a business. I’d like to provide them to people and it isn’t too much to ask for help with the postage. As it is, I ran out of priority flat rate envelopes and have to wait a week or two for USPS to deliver more.

I am completely out of fabric and have not even looked to order any to make more masks. Your idea of emailing a pdf of a USPS label is a perfect solution! Your heart is huge and you’re doing a good thing here!

I just bought a pack of disposable masks at our Macey’s tonight. Maybe call yours and see if they have them. They were at the checkout. Thank you! My husband was able to get disposable wipes and Lysol spray (one of each), so hopefully we'll start seeing more things finally back in stock.

Thank you to gramma for sending me a mask! The greeter at Walmart this morning said she really loved the design. <3

Another shout-out to scrappinghappy who sent a mask to my son. He's a sous chef and the entire kitchen staff is in constant contact with each other. He sent me this picture last night.
