a dash of SanityI've already found more than 1/2 a dozen recipes I've saved, a couple I plan to use this week alone. Often, when looking for new recipes to try, the ingredients are such that at least 1/2 of us won't eat it or it's based on a "cream of whatever" soup. Which is okay some of the time but I don't want every casserole or crock pot meal made with one. Anyone try these recipes themselves?

Thank you for Dash of Sanity! And reminder to go to Smitten Kitchen. My veggie side dishes need help getting out of a rut! Cauliflower Cheese and the spicy lentil salad will help.

For some awesome veggie dishes google Ottolenghi vegetables. He's not vegetarian himself, but writes a vegetarian column for one of the big British papers. His vegetarian book, Plenty, is one of my absolute favorites.
Thanks for this site, off to check it out
