The State Stores are not even open in PA. Beer distributors are open and some grocery stores sell beer and wine. The troopers are at the DE, OH and WV lines pulling over out of state plates. NJ doesnt seem to be policing our liquor buying habits as long as mask is worn. Bars were shut March 12? Whenever this started? I used to know the date.

This bar can be open for 28 hours a week.
And
Their Facebook page was quick to put up that they are only open for takeout. The news made it sound like the bar was open to the public.
