Then it is quite obvious that husband must tear out the entire bathroom down to the studs to fix it.
It has been a long time coming and husband made new cabinets a few years ago but just never had the gumption to finish. But omg it will look so nice with a smaller vanity and a small closet.

Seems like a no brainer to me. Congrats on the updated bathroom. It's always so much fun the first few weeks of a make over, it seems like such a nice surprise every time I walk into the "new" room.

My kitchen faucet has been leaking for about 2 years, it still isn't fixed and we have a new one waiting as well. He told me other day not to use the sprayer anymore. Really? Just put the new faucet in and I won't have to!!! It's time to hire a plumber for crying out loud!
I hope your bathroom turns out beautiful.

How exciting for a new bathroom. This thread makes me feel like my husband is normal in procrastinating those little projects like leaky faucets and anything else really haha.

Ahh. Didn't think of that solution. I just turned off the water in that bathroom and make people wash their hands elsewhere I thought that's what everyone did!

Seriously peas, installing a new faucet isn't hard. Do it yourself. Watch a you tube video.

We have replaced the guts of the faucet about a gazillion times. At ten bucks a shot , we probably paid for the remodel all ready.
Plus we got rid of the ant highway.
And the vanity and closet tower look so nice.
Big plus: I found new rub fittings on clearance and the light bar for $20. Yes! I like clearance
