Thanks to all of you...today was horrible. Hard to watch the grief stricken faces of my nephew and his wife. Hard to watch my brother who has now not only buried a child but now a grandchild. I just want to send you the biggest hug. I went to a funeral once of a 9 month old baby. And that image of that child has haunted me. That's not the way life is supposed to be. No it's not...

I stopped at HoneyBaked on the way home, and picked up a small ham The ham we had for Easter has served us well: Dinner for 3 (huge helpings) on Sunday, ham sandwiches on croissants for DH & DS on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and slices of ham for me on Wednesday. Enough ham for another dinner sealed in the FoodSaver and frozen plus the ham bone with lots of ham pieces on it also sealed in the FoodSaver and frozen for making some sort of bean soup! Nothing like a HoneyBaked!

(((hugs))) christine58Oh joy! DS just informed me he's going to get Myabi Jr. carry out... good thing because I didn't have a clue what to fix! So, it'll be shrimp rice bowl for DH and Japanese yakisoba noodles and shrimp for me. The others will be having different combos of shrimp, chicken, or steak rice bowls.

We're having salmon burgers and air fryer french fries tonight.
This weekend I want to get some gardening done. The last of my seeds arrived today, and I'm ready to plant my outdoor containers. DH wants to start gathering up garden trash (cracked containers, broken tools, etc...) and cleaning/organizing what we're keeping but not using right now. So hopefully the weather will be good enough to get quite a bit done.

christine58 lots of hugs and prayers ❤️ jeremysgirl such a cute pic. You’re putting in way more effort than I would. sueg you can get a telemedicine appointment for uti here now. Maybe you can try that scrapmaven hope your test went well destined2bmom I feel like our #’s are lower too (OH). I know nurses & PA’s at all the hospitals in town and the #’s they are taking care of are way more than they are publicizing. Plus here you can’t report a death without a death certificate and the coroners are backed up. Supposedly we are opening up slowly starting 5/1 I went out today because my church put out a plea for supplies for the food pantry and the nursing homes. Dollar tree sells lots of large print items. Then I worked on the laundry room. We have a ridiculous amount of light bulbs. No idea why. Made grilled cheese and tomato soup

jeremysgirl, how do we spell out the noise made by a wolf whistle? You look amazing! I couldn't be bothered cooking and I felt like fat greasy takeaway, such as Fish & Chips. DD wanted Chinese. (Really? Because we don't eat enough Asian food in this house, you want to get Chinese takeaway?!?!) So I ended up getting Chinese for DD and DSO, and Maccas for DS. OMG, you should have seen the line in the McDonalds drive through - all the way through the car park, onto the street and up to the highway. I ended up parking the car and walking in to order. I counted about 25 cars in the drive through line when I came out.

Thank you for the good thoughts. Test went well. I got the results and it's very OK.
@jeremeysgirl, I second @aussiemegs opinion. You look so pretty.

sueg you can get a telemedicine appointment for uti here now. Maybe you can try that I haven't heard of anyone doing that here. At this point, we don't even have electronic prescriptions in Germany, so I'd have to go in to get that anyway.

Cream of mushroom chicken compliments of the crock pot and I think mashed potatoes because I have containers of that in the pantry.
