Selling a NIB original Brothers cut and scan

I realized that I never even open the box for the cut and scan I just had to have. Do you think there is still a market for an original one? I guess I’d have to go ahead and take or out of the unopened box to show it and prove it works, correct? I e never tried to sell anything NIB before. And suggestions on an asking price and best place to list it? Facebook marketplace? Or next door app?
