...and I'll say it again. I LOVE Amazon Prime. I just spent 2+ hours browsing and filling my cart with Christmas gifts. When I finally get around to placing the order today, I'll have at least 1/2 - 3/4 of my shopping done. Awwww yeah. That's all.

I've got to do that, too. I'm fairly new to the Prime thing and I keep telling myself that this is what I'm going to do this year.

I found a lot of great finds but probably not of much interest to anyone else. LOL My ds only wants Legos and they had several sets that were cheapest there. I will say Target had one set $25 cheaper than Amazon though. And I used my Red card so I got even more off. One dd is a new, but huge, Harry Potter fan so I found a cheap HP bracelet to put in her stocking. My ds loves books that are activity based - so I got a couple of Big Nate activity/doodle books. Oh and Lego flashlight keychain thing for his stocking. I'm still looking though. LOL I still need to find some earrings, bracelets, socks, pens, pencils...

I've got to do that, too. I'm fairly new to the Prime thing and I keep telling myself that this is what I'm going to do this year. When my dh wanted to get Prime years ago, I wasn't convinced we'd use it. Boy was I wrong. We order at least a couple of times per month...and around holidays and birthdays a whole lot more. LOL Once you get used to thinking about it rather than immediately looking at a store, it almost becomes second nature. If we're at a store and we think we could get it cheaper on Amazon, we check right in store on our phones. LOL If it's cheaper, we go through Amazon.

We paid $79 last November for our first membership to Prime. It has paid for itself a few times. If it gets raised to $99 this year, I will still pay it. Prime is wonderful. Almost too wonderful...I'll be sitting in front of the tv, get an idea, and within minutes, I've got it ordered. I want to marry it, too.

I ordered a few gifts today myself. I think the bulk of my holiday shopping was done on Amazon this year.

WELL worth the money.

Yep, I use the wish lists on Amazon to keep up with gift ideas for the kids, myself and anything else. Makes it easier to buy when the time comes. I usually check Walmart or Target for price comparison and buy accordingly. Prime is well worth the annual fee IMO.

I love it not only for the (mostly, but not always) 2 day shipping but also for the movies and shows I can watch. Oh, and now the Prime music. I love picking a new playlist for my workouts without having to buy the songs.

I love Amazon! I especially love knowing that a donation is being made to my local humane society through Amazonsmile. Don't tell Amazon, but I'd even go with Prime if they doubled the yearly price. The UPS man makes almost daily stops at my house!

I've said it before, too. I love Amazon Prime. I did at least 75% of my Christmas shopping done online last year. It's so easy to send things to my parents, who live 120 miles from me. I even shipped mom a new snow shovel last winter I've stopped trying to use coupons at JoAnns and Michaels for adhesive. I just order a whole bunch at one time on Amazon.

Loving mine lately, too. I've been buying things almost weekly. I just ordered a few more presents this weekend. Plus, yesterday my mother was lamenting that she can't get her favorite candy cane hot chocolate where she lives, so I hopped onto Amazon to see if they carry it. She's getting a surprise delivery by Friday, and shipping was free. Woo hoo.
ETA: DH is a huge fan because it's so much cheaper to buy his canned Skyline chili through Amazon Prime than to order it and pay shipping.

Even though I live in a fairly big metropolitan area, there are still some thins that I can't find elsewhere except on Amazon. That's really one of the main reasons I have prime. I tend to buy most if not all of my gifts online. I just got a SHWEEEEEEEEEEEEEET deal on a High Sierra laptop backpak on ebags... (I know it's not prime, but still). I also bought a Swiss Gear laptop backpack from Amazon and it's awesome!!! Oh, and let's not forget the super fancy pencil case. (drooling over that one). Hee hee

I first got it last year around Christmas time. Totally saved me and my last minute plans. I think I will renew and would love to try the grocery side of it too but it's pretty pricey. I've bought quite a bit off Amazon lately, so many random things.

I am typically a HUGE Amazon fan. However, I have been disgruntled with my last few orders. I pay for prime to get the free two-day shipping. However, they have regularly starting using UPS Smartpost for shipping. So, my package arrives to the post office in two days...then is finally delivered to me a few days later.

Dh and I also LOVE our Amazon Prime. We get it every year. On top of the free shipping and cheaper 2 day shipping, I also love the other programs you get.
There's a ton of free music downloads. Plus the Amazon Videos.
I also pay $10 a month for Kindle Unlimited. I have saved A TON of money on books. The Harry Potter series is available. Just not having to buy them elsewhere paid for my monthly fee. You can keep 10 books out at a time for as long as you want.

I love it because I can order things I can't find in stores on this island like Keurig style coffee and crafty stuff and snorkel/water use things like floaty belts. I just read that UPS is raising their rates in 2015; I wonder if/when that will affect the Prime rates.

Im finding that prices for items using the Prime are many times much higher than paying shipping. There is much of anything I need within 2 days. I'm on the fence about renewing in January.
