We use the UV lights to disinfect our OR at night. We can’t be in the same room with them, but even being in the vicinity of them when they are running gives me an instant headache. They are not meant for human use either. The dangerous crap he continues to spew from his pie hole is terrifying  . |

She's weighing up whether to stay silent and look like a complete idiot to her medical peers, or to speak up and publicly contradict the president knowing he'd be vindictive enough to end her career.
Mind you it sounds like she already sold her soul - so this shouldn't be coming as any surprise to her.

I would laugh my a$$ off if this wasn't so ridiculous. I am reminded of the thread here a few weeks ago with a poll asking if you thought Trump would do a good job handling this crisis. I wonder if all the people who actually voted yes still feel that way.
When he started saying that, I was so stunned. Yeah, I betcha the medical doctors are looking into that. What the he!! is wrong with him???
I can only get through these press briefings with a glass of wine and crocheting. I don't think even that will work any longer.

Someone I know pointed out that she and Dr. Fauci are caught between a rock and a hard place - if they say everything they really think and don’t stay on Trump's good side, they get fired. If they get fired, then they aren’t there to do what they can to get us through the pandemic. And they don’t want to be sidelined during this, when their expertise is so sorely needed. |

Right now, there are a couple of junior producers at Fox desperately trying to find some quack to come on the show and validate Trump's views that "maybe" mainlining Lysol could solve all this.
Remember how they jumped right on the malaria drug bandwagon when he first started up with that? Now they'll be discussing the relative merits of UV light vs. Lysol to clean the insides, and in the next few press conferences Trump will say that "we're hearing more and more" or "more people are saying" that this could be a miracle treatment.
