Okay, I've narrowed it to the Galaxy S10 or the S10E
S10 has a better camera and is $150 more. It is larger and has a curved screen. I don't need a larger phone and I am not a huge fan of the curved screen. But it does have 3 cameras and a better zoom
S10e is a smaller phone, which I think I like better. No curved screen has a home button on the side (I think) The camera isn't as good, has digital instead of optical zoom.
S10 I can get as a verizon phone - $499 S10e would be unlocked - $349

Do you use your phone as your primary camera? If so, that’s the one I’d choose. You can’t really recreate or recapture memories.
As to cost...$150 over what 2 or 3 years that you’ll keep the phone (IIRC from the last thread). So $75 or $50 a year for much better quality photos? Not even the cost of a dinner out at Chili’s.
For the size difference, will it easily fit in the size purse you typically carry? Your evening bag, wristlet, clutch? The cup holder in your car, or wherever you keep it? Those are the things I’d consider, as you will likely get used to the size otherwise. But if it will be a PITA in situations you usually use it/store it, not so good.
I don’t have a curved screen so I don’t really have an opinion on that but I’ll be getting a new phone soon as mine is acting up and is approximately 200 years old so I’m interested in what everyone has to say.

I would go with the s10 but the curved screen is a must for me. If you're not into the curved screen then I'm not sure which I would pick.

For me, the camera is super important so it would be an easy decision. How important is the camera to you? Do you use your phone as your primary camera? It is my normal primary camera (I borrow my dad's good camera for prom/homecoming/other events). I haven't felt like I was missing something with my S7's camera though, so maybe I am just not good at taking pictures?

I chose the s10. I love it. I don't need the curved screen etc. I just liked the feel of the s10 and so thats what I got. Which one feels better when you hold it?

I haven't really held them and I don't know how long Samsung will have it on sale, so I was trying to figure it out from home. Do you have a case on yours?

With an enlargement? Do you usually/ever print your photos? If not, this may not be a real issue.

I have printed some, usually through snapfish.

I have s10 and fits in pocket. Not sure what a curved screen is. The bigger s10 plus, seemed too big. I would go with s10.

For me, the camera is the most important thing. I have the Galaxy S20 Ultra just for the camera, and even with a case and a ring, it still fits in my pocket.
