A friend wants to simply preserve photos - not a lot of embellishment - not a lot of expense. Some years back, I saw a paper pad cutting video - probably DCVW - the coordinated pad was precut to form corners, borders and blocks that could create simply quick decor on card stock.
I've run a few searches, I've checked my bookmarks -- I remember DOING it with a girl friend's family for an event -- but there was a way to cut to maximize the paper pad usage and keep things mixed up while the pad kept everything coordinated
Can anyone help me find that -- it was not for card making, but specifically for scrapbook pages .... so it is like a "one sheet wonder" but for scrapbook pages

Are you looking for Plan-a-page templates? That's one of the ways I started out. I had 4 different templates which gave me 32 designs. I think EK Success sold them. I sold them at a craft sale. I have some purple ones, but I don't use them any more.

It's not exactly what you were looking for (it's new, and isn't specific to paper pads) but somewhat in the same line of thinking, this YTer shows cutting diagrams for 12x12 pages Simple Cut Creations on YT www.youtube.com/channel/UCdCgxs-ex8jkfnUXJxIXLuQI hope someone remembers and you find what you're looking for!

Didn’t Shimelle do a video series like that?

Thank you for your kind attention. I've really enjoyed seeing the information to which you referred, but, none of the suggestions are the idea I am seeking. They are good ideas - absolutely ... just not what I'm still looking for. Specifically -- there were corner embellishments included in the cutting.
I'd thought of the Deluxe Design templates - but they would probably require more cutting and attention than what my friend wasn't to deal with.

DCWV does have project stacks, so it could very well have been one of their videos. The question would be which one.

Does anyone have information on the instructions by Shimelle for cutting up the 12 x 12 scrap pads? I remember doing that and it was very helpful. I googled but I can't find any info...was it a video? something on her website? did it have a "name"?

Yay! Thank you! I'm going to cut up a pad today to try and get my mojo up and running so I can actually accomplish something while I'm stuck at home!

I am certain there are several creators on youtube that tackle the idea of using up a paper pad or "killing a kit/stack." The channel that I am most familiar with is Bourbon Creek Crafts I hope that helps - Happy Scrapping!
