Just thinking about what we are doing differently. I am sure there are many more to add but here my initial wonders.

I've slept in later than usual a couple of times. Haven't done any of the others.

I have not done many of the things on your poll. I have been participating in Microsoft Teams meetings while working from home and I have done more shopping in the past two weeks than normal that's for sure.
But things that I have done:
More baking. Cookies, cakes, bread. More frequent laundry. Instead of doing it all on the weekend, I've been keeping up with it during the week. More generous in general. Bigger tips, donations to local business and charities. Food bank donations. More media. More TV watching, more movies, more podcasts than usual. Now that I'm home working, I am finding that I like noise in the background as I don't have general office noise going on. Less social media. I've found that I'm avoiding a lot of negativity. I have unfriended people, hidden people and I'm just cleaning up all the negative in my feed. I'm letting things go.

I've done most of them, but I can also only pick one response, so I didn't choose.

I could only pick one, but I only needed one. I had never had groceries delivered before. Everything else is business as normal. Since DH set up a work space in the bedroom, I'm actually up earlier. The kids were already e-learning. We already had masks.
I'm assuming your spiking the day drink meant during the day. Otherwise I have put some amaretto in orange juice a couple of times in the past 2 months. But in the evening while relaxing. But again that wouldn't be out of the ordinary every once in a while. I have had a drink more frequently in the evenings (maybe 4-5 nights a week) which is not typical (usually 1-2) but that's starting to wane.
I've been tipping much more generously than I would have otherwise for grocery delivery.
I have been making bread which I wasn't doing, but will continue to do so now. I had just gotten out of the habit.
I already cooked almost every night pre-SIP, but I was cooking more with DH home in the first few weeks, but now I try to have enough leftovers from dinner or lunchmeat for sandwiches for him for lunch. The kids either fended for themselves at lunch, leftovers, various pastas with white sauce or butter and parmesan, things DH doesn't like.

I'm ordering more online because I can't go to those stores and I'm sleeping in later because I don't have to get my boys up and off to school...but otherwise it's business as usual since DH & I never stopped working.

I also can't choose more than one.... I mean, the poll isn't letting me click more than one. I've definitely done several.

I’ve done most of them pre-SIP. The new to me is wearing a mask.

Sitting around a lot more on my days off, reading, peaing, surfing the net (gone from 5 6-hour days to 2 8-hour days per week) and eating more junk food. Basically feel like a slug on my days off, as we are working so much harder to get 5 days’ worth of work done in 2 and I am really beat. My ambition is dwindling rapidly....

I've participated in Zoom meetings, I made masks to wear, my online ordering has increased a little (mostly because DD has a birthday next week), sleeping in until 8 or instead of 6

The only thing we’re really doing differently is that DD is doing distance learning. No sleeping in at all because we have pets that get us up because they need to go out and want to be fed. As a result of that, I normally take a short nap in my chair in the afternoon before dinner once DH is home.
I have been letting my kid sleep in later and she has been staying up later, in part because that’s when we read together and I’m a huge sucker for “just one more chapter!” I’m making her do all of her school work, even the stuff she hates.
I’ve been doing way more baking than usual and we’ve only gotten takeout twice since the beginning of March. Normally we go out as a family once a week, sometimes twice, and DH’s leagues have been cancelled so he’s home those nights now so we’re all eating at home more too.
ETA: I didn’t buy masks though, I made them.

The one thing that I'll admit to do (not doing) is I'm not pressuring my kid into e-learning. His school isn't grading any of it so it's not really worth the fight. We make him do his 2-3 zoom meetings everyday (more for the social portion) and then we let him pick and choose what else to do. Usually he fast forwards thru the lessons and does a bit of IXL work. Basically bare minimum stuff.

Took me way too long to realize the problem was with the poll and not me
behaviors due to SIP? Check all that apply Taken a nap during the day. Done a lot more online shopping Donated to families in need. Slept in way later than normal. Kept the same clothes or rewore them more than 4 days Particapated in a Zoom/Teams/Facetime meeting. Been converted to online learning from in class instruction. Not know what day it is

@chips Can you go back in and edit your survey? Even though you said to check all that apply, it only lets us select one response. Also, I wanted to change my response and it won't let me.

I have done four. I can't say I have converted to online learning. I taught online before online for a living. However I do not have to go into the officenow which I am enjoying.

The only changes in my life have been:
Not wearing a bra, but this will change once the weather warms up and I'm not wearing coats and vests.
Watching SO much more tv. Before it was max 1-2 hours a day.
Paying for services I'm not getting--house cleaner.
I'm no longer doing recreational online shopping/buying. Just stuff I always use.
My diet is more carby and I'm eating 3 meals a day again.

All of the above!

Couldn't apply to any above, but I made it to 6 weeks without washing hair with anything but water. I always wanted to try the "no poo" method and this was my opportunity. While the results were better than expected, it didn't reduce maintenance, almost requires more, so not sure I will stick with it. I did get to a point where I needed to wash with something, so I used a natural bar soap that was ok, then a cider vinegar rinse which seemed to help more. I may stick with that for the duration, but will probably go back when returning to work.
And eating white potatoes. Generally we never buy them, but in the beginning of the food shortages I was adding them in as a good meal filler.
I'm also getting way more cleaning and housework done, even tho I am still working too. Cutting out that commute makes such a difference in my life, it kinda saddens me that it requires so much time.
I've also shopped way way less than usual. So I guess I have differences just in a different way!
