I posted recently that a friend is having a party. I’m getting my order ready now and wondering what size of micro cooker to get? There is a set but I didn’t know if I had space or need for all three. If you have these, what size do you use most and what do you use it for? I could be convinced to get the set if there was a reason. Lol

I would go for the 2 quart or medium sized one. I have the older version of it and I love it for making quick baked potatoes! You don't even have to pierce the potato. Somehow they don't explode.

I think when I got mine, there was only one size and it’s pretty small. Honestly I always forget that we have it so I always forget to use it.

My intention is to use it to steam veggies. I often buy the large bags of fresh broccoli from Sam's club or larger bags of frozen veggies from Costco and steam on the stove, but they end up getting mushy because I leave them on too long. I would be interested in making rice in it as well if it doesn't overflow or stick to the cooker like it does in my pressure cooker.

I have the two qt (medium) size and use it for veggies. It’s perfectly sized for that.

I have the old styles, with a long handle and black lid. I use the 1quart the most--mainly cans of veggies. The 2quart is what I thaw/cook a box of frozen spinach in and sometimes a bag of frozen sliced carrots. I guess I really don't use them for anything else. I've heard of people using them for cooking ground beef in, but that sounds gross to me.
