I picked up duplicates of the 12x12 paper, 3D flowers, 6x12 stickers, and mixed embellishments from Shimelle’s Never Grow Up collection at Joann Fabrics last week. I bought the entire collection earlier this year, but 30% off at Joann’s convinced me to buy dupes.
I’m making a layout using those elements and I’m trying to find the rest of the collection that I own... I can’t find it. The entire collection has vanished in my disaster of a craft room. :/
Please send good vibes my way! I am going to tear my craft room apart now.

Happens to me all the time. My crafting supplies love to play hide-n-seek. I am sure they giggle in their little papery language as I frantically search for something that was literally RIGHT HERE!!! The only advice I can offer is to stop looking for that collection. It will get bored and reveal itself as soon as you go on to some new project...

I hope it comes back soon! Where does this stuff go? I couldn’t find my Summer OA stuff for like a month and it suddenly turned up on the shelf all innocent and acting like it had been there the whole time.
Hopefully yours will be back sooner rather then later and you will share with us what you make with it!

I hope you find it soon. I’ve been searching for my tiny Tim for months. I always put it back with my big Tim. No idea where it has walked off to! I just hope it’s having fun and stamping a lot because it took all my magnets too. Sigh... maybe your NGU and my tiny Tim are out having drinks somewhere.

It went into hiding because it was afraid you would make it grow up and become a layout. I'm guessing it wasn't ready to be an adult yet.  |

I usually file stuff like this with other things I had out on my table at the time. I try to figure out what else I was using at the time and then look for that and half the time it is tucked away with the other items.

I just hate when I loose something I JUST had. Last it was an intricate layered die cut I made. I finished it then set it aside to prepare the card front and after I stamped the sentiment on the card the die cut creation was nowhere to be found.
After an exhausting search including the craft garbage pail I finally found it on the bottom of my stamp storage bin.

It heard that it was the last line from Shimelle thru AC and decided to hide away and horde itself until wayyyy wayyy later, so you could fully appreciate it and fawn over it when you do stumble upon it and treat it like the precious it will be in a few months down the road when we have no new Shimelle to love!!!

I decided I wanted to order some of the Never Grow Up. I was going to wait until it hit Tuesday Morning, but Joann’s has some good prices. Well, my Joanns is so crappy it doesn’t carry the designer series. So, not only do I NOT get the 20% off (because in the fine print it’s only good for order online to pick up in store), I also have to pay the $8 shipping. A bit frustrated with J’s. Trying to decide if I should wait for cheaper shipping...

The last time I lost a stamp and die set, they were in the very bottom of my scrappy "GO bag" which I take when I am going to a friend's or a LSS to play for a day. I had taken everything else out except the tools that live in that bag, but I guess the two little packages had slipped to the bottom and had not been removed from the bag. Hope everything comes home to roost! |

I found most of my childhood photos last night! I swear, I looked in that cabinet twice. But, they were in a photo box, not the envelopes I thought I put them in. Yay! I badly need the distraction of playing with them this weekend. |
