Does anyone know what the general shipping time frame for a normal order is for Hero Arts? Not a My Monthly Hero order. Their website says there are 3-4 week delays, but neither that post nor their shipping FAQ say what a normal time line is. Just curious whether a normal shipping time frame is a few days or a few weeks.
Thanks!

In the past, they'd ship in 1-2 days. I live about 60 miles south of their warehouse and get my order in 3-4 days from order with standard shipping.

It’s usually pretty fast. However, I’ve been waiting for an order that I placed in early April...

This is from today's newsletter. I am still waiting on my April order, too.
Although we are still working hard to finish shipping April My Monthly Hero kits, we are more behind than we anticipated. We hope to finish shipping these out in the next couple of weeks. We will start on May kits and add-ons just as soon as we have finished with the April kits. In the meantime, we have good news on the horizon! California is starting to allow the opening of manufacturers like Hero Arts. This means we are working on plans to safely and efficiently reopen. In the coming weeks we will bring back more of our production team and hope to translate this into faster shipping times and more normal operations. Stay tuned as we know more! We are so appreciative that you have continued to order despite knowing we have long delays. We are doing our best and are so sorry for the long shipping times. Of course, if it is too long to wait you are welcome to cancel your order at any time and we will happily provide a full refund. Please just let us know. Thank you for your kind understanding and patience!

Thanks for the info! I’m waiting on a shipment from mid-April, too. I ordered knowing there was a 3-4 week delay so really am not in a hurry. I’m about 4.5 weeks out from ordering.
From the wording of the newsletter and what I have seen posted on their FB page, I wonder if they are only shipping MMH orders and not shipping regular orders. Regular orders haven’t been mentioned at all. I get it if they ship the April MMH but feel they should work on some regular orders for April before shipping May MMH. Of course they may be shipping both at the same time and just didn’t mention regular orders.

They are usually really prompt with their shipping times. That along with the fact they are shipping from California where things have been locked down longer means that I am not worried. I know I’ll get my shipment. I’m just antsy because I like their products and I’m used to getting them right away.

I placed a regular order on May 3rd. On May 5th I received this email:
We wanted to take a moment to assure you that you still have an order (or multiple orders) waiting in our system. Although we haven't yet been able to pull and ship it to you, we wanted to make sure you know that we do plan to do so just as soon as we can. We are currently still under stay-at-home orders here in California, and our county tells us they will remain at least until the end of the month. We are waiting impatiently until we can all return to work and get back to shipping at normal speeds. Thank you so much for your patience.
Which I responded and say no rush, all good. I expected a delay when I ordered, so I'm good with when I get it.
