www.scrapbook.com/pages/cards-for-kindnessI'm not sure if I copied the link correctly. I got an email from scrapbook.com yesterday. They are launching a campaign for people to send in handmade cards which will be given to organizations to hand out. You have to submit a minimum of 10 and they have the list of guidelines on their site. They want the cards to be A2 size with the envelope included and blank on the inside. The only holiday cards they are accepting is Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day, everything else is birthday, get well, inspiration, thinking of you, etc. I'm going to get my stuff gathered and whip up some this week. I definetely have the supplies for this!

Yes! I sent a package a couple weeks back and my Mom also participated. It's actually easier for me to make cards when I don't know the intended recipient and in some ways I think they came out cuter! I duno why?!
I mainly used 6x6 paper pads and colored stamped images.
Maybe I will do another round if they keep this going.
Have fun with your card making!

That sounds fun! I'm not much of a cardmaker. I'll have to get some envelopes. Any good sources for buying them in bulk? When I do make cards, they are usually that sized.

I use these envelopes at Amazon. 100 for $8.45 is pretty good. They are 24lbs weight.

that sounds cool! I don't do well with cardmaking any more; maybe if I made some for this, it would actually get me to make / send some to my own family and friends, too. lol.
