Does anyone have a good Amazon vendor they can recommend? Or maybe Etsy?
I placed an Amazon order for my mom back in April. The elastic was supposed to arrive yesterday. It was a no show. Amazon says that after June 9th I can ask for a refund if it doesn't show up. So, I started looking around and can't find any online from a US store. Joann's says it is not available for shipping and not available in my local stores.
UPDATE - Just wanted to update on my original order. I got my refund! Amazon made me contact the seller and wait two day before they would let me submit a refund request. But, once I submitted my refund request to Amazon, it was approved in seconds! Literally! I hit the submit button and right away I got a claim approval email.
As for my second order, I got it within 2 days!

I ordered from Wal-Mart online as part if a larger order. It was mailed separately faster than promised.
I started by using ponytail holders and making the mask a bit wider and handsewing /gathering it to holders.

I ordered Revel nail dip powder when everyone else on here posted about it. My package got lost and when it finally showed up on my doorstep, one bottle was shattered. And Revel won't respond to my e-mails. |

there's a custom fabric group that has been selling it acheronfabrics. their site is password protected, but their facebook group is active. They have been running pretty consistently with orders and shipping.

I can recommend ordering from The Sewing Place in Clarkston, WA. Excellent quality elastic and super fast shipping. I placed my order on a Sunday night and received the order on Wednesday...in Houston! She currently has 1/4" white (black due in a week), as well as 1/8" baby elastic. I am using the latex free baby elastic and prefer it for my personal masks. |

I have quite a bit of 1/8" black elastic if that will help. Just pm me your address and how many yards you'd like and I can pop it in the mail tomorrow.  |

Lots of Prime shipped elastic on Amazon now. Just make sure you pick one that has the Prime logo and read the reviews to know what type of elastic you are receiving as the images don't all match up with the items being shipped (braided vs knit, loose or in a roll).

It has already shipped and is due to arrive on Saturday! Yoo hoo!! If the other order does arrive, which I am doubtful, my mom will just have to do lots more sewing!  |
