Now that I'm exclusively doing grocery pick up once a week, I'm more aware of the things we buy every week. These things are permanently on my grocery list:
bananas salad bowls mini sweet peppers onions chocolate milk lunch meat bread
Other things change based on what we're having for dinner.
How about you? What's always on your list?

I've been shopping every 2 weeks. Each time, I start the list with bread and milk. Other than that, CAT LITTER.

This is what I seem to buy every week: bananas onions strawberries (season is ending though) orange juice milk bread lunch meat eggs frozen rice from TraderJoes (we can only buy 2 boxes at a time, with 3 servings in each). We used to eat out more, so we didn't eat it as much before Covid. tortilla chips from Trader Joes

The only thing that is on my list every single week is creamer for my coffee, chicken and some sort of breakfast bar. Everything else changes due to what we are eating for dinner.

Carrots Rocket/arugula Cherry tomatoes Red cabbage Red onions Pomelo or grapefruit Chickpeas Plain yogurt Goat cheese Comté cheese Eggs Farmhouse bread Dark chocolate A bottle of rosé from Bandol Liquid handsoap refill Toilet paper (look, I didn't stock up when the big TP war happened back in March/April, ok) Those are our weekly repurchases. If one of these is missing from the pick-up order, there's sadness (and possibly frustration) in this household until the next groceries...

Every Week:
Bananas & some other fresh fruit (usually berries) Lettuce of some sort Broccoli & some other veggies (asparagus, cucumbers, tomatoes, lemons, potatoes, or peppers) Cheese of some sort Lightly Seasoned Chili Garlic tortilla chips Crackers (DH takes to work) Canned cat food
About every other week:
Milk Bread Onions
Other stuff I either buy more in bulk because I either have to order it or can't get it locally (like our preferred crystal cat litter). Then there's the stuff that I try to stock up on when it's on sale, so while we might use it a lot, I don't buy it every week or every other week (beef, chicken, etc.). Most everything else varies depending on what we plan to eat that week.
There's just the two of us and two cats, so not as many groceries as families with multiple family members or growing children/teens. However we still manage to spend $95 - $125/week on groceries.

When my kids lived at home there was a pretty long list of weekly regular things - especially for my youngest who was picky at the time. Now it’s just me and dh and the list changes all the time based on what we are having for dinner and what we’ve run out of. I like my creamer but I often buy two so I won’t run out so some weeks I might not need it. Ice cream (and he’d go through a lot!) used to be a staple for dh but now he doesn’t eat it.
Oh, I do buy my salad mix, cherry tomatoes, and a English cucumbers each week for my lunch salads.
