Mine is the right front burner. (and I am a leftie) I feel like it gives me more room. Which is your favorite burner and why?

Front right for me as well. Probably because it is closest to the sink?? I am right-handed.

Front right here too. That's funny! Of the 5 burners
Right Front to me is the only 'normal' one
Left front is a bit smaller
Left rear is the super charged boil one
Right rear is that stupid, useless tiny flame that no one ever uses.
oh and the middle burner is the super long oval one I use when heating a bunch of tortillas on the comal or making pancakes

Right front for me as well. I think it is because it is next to the counter and can use the counter for ingredients and I also lay my utensil there as well. Probably should get a holder to put on the stove, but to me that would be awkward.

Front right but at my previous house it was front left!

The one I want to like isn’t the one I actually like. I have an electric cooktop and the four burners aren’t all the same size and it drives me nuts. Front left is a dual burner with large/small coils. Front right is only small. Back right is medium. Back left is small. It’s so stupid. The one I want to like is the front right but it’s too small to evenly heat a large pan so it’s an exercise in frustration.
Our stove at the cabin is so much better. Five burners and gas! Now if I could just get my family to either stop slopping stuff under the grates or clean up after themselves when they do, I’d be all set.

Front left, but I think it is my strongest/largest burner.

Front left for me, and I'm right handed.
We have a gas stovetop, and the front right is a larger surface burner that I usually only use with my 16" frying pan. It also a different burner than the rest that I find is either all high or too low once you turn it down past a certain point, so it's harder to regulate the temperature to simmer something.

Mine is also the right front burner. Both front burners have dual cooking size option, but I usually use the right one.

The front right one. It’s one of the ones that’s labeled “rapid boil”.

Front right for me also and I’m a leftie. It’s the strongest front burner on my gas cooktop.

Also the front right. Which I need to not do as it's a large burner and I often just need a small one, but I use that one out of habit.

Front right. Gas cooktop with four burners, with all equal strength except back left, so it's not due to that. I also have equal counter space on both sides of the cooktop. I suspect it's a habit carried over from the pre-remodel kitchen when there was no counter space to the left side so I always cooked on the right side. However, DH always cooks on the front left. Go figure.

Front right. It's the larger front burner. I prefer the front burners.

Electric stove. Front left is a bigger burner, with AccuSimmer controls. I use it for bigger pots and pans. Right front is smaller so I use that for smaller ones. Rarely use either of the back burners.

Front left. Seldom use the right burners. Too close to a counter with other stuff.

Front left and my second is back left, I don’t ever use the right side. I have no idea why.

left front for me... both front burners are larger, but the right side of the stove only has about 1 1/2 feet of counter space and the wall is right there. So using the right side of the stove (I'm right-handed) make me feel cramped and closed in. I like using the left front burner for most things-- it just feels like I have more space to work in, that way. (the right rear one is the tiny little 'simmer' burner... I NEVER use that thing!) and LOL at the response to Zee's answer about 'I don't have one' although I must confess, I thought the same thing- what? no stove?!?

Left front--probably because the counter on the right is very small and has some things on it so by using the left front I have more room for ingredients waiting to be added. Other reason is that it's bigger than the front right so I often use a skillet on the left and saucepan on the right if I'm making something with pasta.

Mine is the right front burner. (and I am a leftie) I feel like it gives me more room. Which is your favorite burner and why? I like the two front ones the most, but do favor the right for the same reason you do (left handed) although I never really thought about it like that. I do use the front left a lot as well because my natural instinct is to “go left” for most things.

Right front. It is the hottest and has the biggest flame ring. I saute or stir fry a lot. The counter to the right of it is also the spot I do most of my chopping and it is easy to line up all my prechopped vegetables for tossing in the pan.
For boiling water I almost always use the top left (second hottest and biggest) burner.
