I have a few albums on my shelves without name plates on the spine; my wedding album, PL 2014-2016, and a vacation book. I don't like not having them labeled because I'd like anyone to be able to glance at the spine and know what project it is. How do you label the albums like this?

I have done it two ways.
1. I used a label maker. It's not pretty, but it works.
2. I made a pretty tag and looped the string for the tag over the top D-ring in album. The tag hangs down over the spine.

I bought some adhesive name plates and use them. Try office supply stores.

I printed out labels, cut them into a circle shape, glued that to a metal rimmed tag, and hot glued that to the album.

I cut the numbers for the year in the album out of 651 vinyl. Black with an offset of gold. Then I put that on the spine.

I have a couple of D-ring albums that I decorated by looping a wide ribbon through the rings and up the spine, and tied at the tops. They're labeled with tags that hang from the tops.
