This will be my second order with them, I knew before ordering the first time that their ordering process was a little tricky. The first time I made collages in the PL app so all my photos were 4x6. I knew the boarders/dimensions might be off (and they were) but I was in a rush and willing to take the risk as it was at the beginning of the Stay at Home Order and I needed photos.
So this time I grouped all my photos into albums by print size: 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 3x4, 4x6 (but did not pre crop them to size). I'm trying to order 3x3 prints and I can't see how my photos will be cropped and how to adjust the crop. Help me please, I'm hoping I don't have to crop them before uploading. [I'm on my computer not my phone if that makes a difference.] TIA!
UPDATE 6/25/2020 Just got my order in the mail! I really love having my 3x4s and 4x4s already trimmed to size and the best part is the white boarder is even all the way around! Yay! I do think I will keep ordering just for that. Will need to keep an eye on their print sales as I know you can purchase print credits but not 100% on what that looks like.

It should ask you about cropping after you pick your size and add them to your cart. It'll say soothing like auto crop, manual and no crop.

But you can't get to it once your items are in the shopping cart only as you are starting your order, which was my frustration. We will see if all of this is worth it in the end. I don't know that this will necessarily take more time as it already took a lot of time for me to create all the collages in the PL app.

Heba did a video tutorial on ordering at PP that’s very thorough. I think it’s in YouTube. Her name there is My Little Journal.
Some of the pic editing options happen way at the end of the process.

Thank you! Off to look for it. There are also so many different paper/print options and no description on how they differ from each other. Then I also just found all the collage options too which maybe the cheapest way for me to go. Love the choices but need to work through the differences.

Thanks honeypea that was exactly what I needed! Apparently I had to click Checkout in order to review the crop. I assumed checkout would just take me to enter my customer info and payment. Lesson learned, just keep clicking! Here's the video of anyone else needs it youtu.be/9D2ymKMORUI

Their site is NOT intuitive! Yeah, not at all! Which I knew going in so in working on powering through. I do like all the options they have.

Their site is NOT intuitive! That’s really one of Chari’s biggest frustrations. The software is provided by another company.

Finally got around to finishing my order. I think I figured out what will work best for me with their system and it should be faster than my old process. Last time I ordered it was at the beginning of the shut down so my order took two weeks. Looking forward to seeing how fast I get them now that they are back to the "new normal".

I cannot remember what all they offer, but I usually get 4x6. I figure that way I can do 4x6 or put 2 3x4 on one 4x6. I know they do it for 6x8 as well.
