And there didn’t appear to be a host. I said to my DH - where is Robert Stack when you need him? (Yes - I know he is dead). My DD, who was the one who had starting watching it asked what the heck we were talking about. She had no idea this was not a new show! LOL I knew someone who was a actor recreating a crime in the original series. Boy, that was a long time ago!

Anybody watch the one about the hair dresser? Her son is named Pistol. That was incredibly sad. Her husband was definitely giving off the creep vibe. So cold. Maybe it’s just the directing but it sure seems like he’s more than capable of murdering her.

I’ve been reading about this case on Reddit. There seems to be a lot of information that the documentary didn’t cover. I’m really getting into these cases. So fascinating.

Unsolved is in the title of the show! The show is to bring attention to an unsolved case so hoping that someone out there is TV land knows something about it and will call in with information. When a case is solved they always do an update!

Jili Yes, the husband was really creepy. I'm always suspicious of husbands who says everything was wonderful, that they were happy together, never had a fight....yeah, right. Then, her son and her friends all say that she was unhappy and looking to divorce him. His timeline makes it difficult for him to have done it, but not impossible. You could tell how much her son misses her. It has devastated him. I felt so bad for him. Having a step-dad who locked him out the very next day his mother went missing could not have helped either. He was awfully quick to change all the locks, wasn't he? I hope they find who did it. I'm looking forward to watching the French one. I won't even need to read the translation

I watched them all except the alien one so far. They are tragic stories but I can’t understand how the mom in the last one still has custody of the grandson. What a messed up lady. I feel for her daughters as you know they’ve had a rough life from day one.
Also, the French family! What the heck!!! I sure hope one day they find him. What did he say to his son when he came home and all his siblings were gone and the house was empty? I know he said the mom was in the hospital but how do you explain the empty house?
I also felt for Pistol and his horrible step father. What a cruel man to not let him have anything of hers or even some of her ashes. He was a teenager when his mom went missing and probably said and did some stupid stuff but still so heartbreaking.
Reys story is shady and there is more that we don’t know and will probably never know due to Porter lawyering up. I feel for his wife and family as he seemed like a great guy.
I love this show and am glad I don’t get scared anymore like I did when I was a kid lol.
