So I jumped on the craze of slimline dies. And I loved a turning postage stamp and film strip. Whimsy stamps have a lot of slim line dies. They are sold out at Simon etc. So I ordered direct. The exchange right now is expensive. But I wanted them. They finally arrived. I get the package it looks run over. I just knew before I opened it. So open package. Dies are cracked and bent.
So I take pics and just emailed whimsy at 7:15 pm and in 4 mins I got a response.
They are going to replace. Thank you so happy.
Just want to let you all know. It's a good company.

That's wonderful. I'm going to have to check out their website and place an order.

I do own a couple of there back ground stamps. A snow flake one and I can't remember the other. But they are good quality. The dies are sturdy they are not flimsy. Either My package definitely got caught in a machine.
