So sad, put my dog down yesterday

My Holly is a 15 year old Lhasa, who is also blind. I wonder if I'll know it's time every single day. She's got a great appetite, still goes outside to potty, even in the rain and that's saying a lot since my other 2 pups hate the rain and refuse to go out. She walks slow and sleeps a lot but doesn't seem to be in any pain. I give her over the counter pet meds for her joints.

I'm hoping I'll know when it's time, just like you knew. It's the hardest thing ever, however know in your heart you did the right thing. You gave her a good life, you were there when she needed you.

I am so very sorry.

Don't torture yourself over what if's. You did what you thought was right because you love her. She is comfortable now, and that is all that matters. She knows you love her.
