I signed up to go to the Queen and Company Queen for a Day event that was scheduled back in March in Phoenix. Obviously the event was cancelled. As a result of the cancellation, Queen and Company sent all of the supplies from the class event plus a $100 discount code. I got the supplies a while ago and last weekend I finally pulled out some of the kits. OMG I had so much fun making shaker cards (cupcake, watermelon, teapot, and butterfly), shaker gift card holders (a round gift box with shaker cupcake and a rectangular suitcase gift card holder), plus a Santa Christmas card from the class supplies. (I haven’t yet made the two page 12x12 scrapbook layout from the class supplies!) After playing with the supplies this past weekend, I used my $100 code to order more stuff. I placed my order on July 12th. I ordered more shaker card kits (cupcakes and suitcases) and shaker kits with stamps/dies. My order arrived on July 15th!! It’s here and it all looks like it’ll be WAY fun. The shaker cards are SO cute and SO easy to make. Couple examples of what I got— Here are the cupcake card kits: queenandcompany.com/collections/whats-new/products/cupcake-shaker-kit Here is one of the kits I ordered: queenandcompany.com/collections/speciality-kits/products/all-bundled-up-kit (It matches the doodlebug winter snowman/winter/yeti kit too—bonus!!) I wanted to give Queen and Company a shout out good review because the kits are great and their shipping was super fast!

They have become one of my favorite companies. I too was signed up for the event, but in San Mateo and got the same package. I follow their Facebook page and the staff are very involved on there.

Me too. I signed up for Seattle and made all my stuff two weeks ago. The cards are so cute. I love their toppings and their shaped shaker sets and their embellishments. I’ve spent so much money there lately but I think those shaped shakers are amazing! I have the Apple, teapot, watermelon, xmas tree, cupcake, flower, pumpkin, and suitcase. When I send them to people they love them. Amazing customer service and because I’m at Queen status I earn a lot of free stuff which I love. They rock.

I'm glad to hear it. I was considering one of these events, but didn't like the hotel price in the one closest to me (and my flight would have arrived after the official start time even though I was told that the actual classes wouldn't start until a bit later by another pea) and didn't like the flight costs for some of the other accessible locations. When they start up again, I hope they'll offer one that I can attend.
I wasn't too excited to go to the Scrapbook Expo this year because I just didn't have any scrappy mojo (planned to go shop and then peacefully diamond paint in my hotel room the remainder of the time if I did go) to make the drive feel worthwhile. When I stayed the duration of the Expo 2 years ago, I was absolutely desperate for some time to myself...and then last year the logistics didn't work for me to go for more than a quick stop to shop but I would have loved to have gone. This was my first school year of getting any me time so I didn't feel like the recharge was necessary so at the time (late March) I wasn't broken up about it being postponed (likely canceled at this point) and was more relieved that I didn't spend any money that I wouldn't be able to get back. Let me tell you what: I'm gonna need A WHOLE HELLUVA LOT of me time if/when the world goes back to normal and I hope that. We probably all are!

I’d seen them at conventions, but I never signed up for their Queen for a Day. However......
I started shopping online with them earlier this year when COVID-19 hit. I have been loving their kits, and I now own more than any sane person should, but they are a lot of fun!
I have come to the conclusion that they have the BEST customer service of any craft company out there IMO. They are a small mom and pop outfit, but they bend over backwards to keep their customers happy. A mistake in your order? They fix it quick. They are amazing!
I have no affiliation with them, but I’m just really impressed with them. Even if you’re not into shakers, their Foundation die sets are very versatile and can be used for both scrapbooking and card making. Between their kits, their excellent customer service, and their Facebook Royalty page (which has challenges each week), they have been a great stress reliever for me these recent months.

Wow. Sounds amazing!! I have always loved their product lines even from way back in the day. ♥ Same here! I recently unpacked a mislabelled moving box from circa 2008 that was filled with Queen & Co products - including a whole bunch of little nail polish style bottles full of brads and things.

Good to hear all of the good experiences and nostalgia with this company. They really do make an impressive product and have great service. scrappinheather Queen status—I wonder what I need to do to get there! scrapnnana I bought quite a bit and I already want to place another order! I was shocked at how easy the projects are and how good they looked when I finished them . Frazzled Mom what a fun surprise! “Free” sparkles and goodies! (Free of course meaning paid for a long time ago so it doesn’t count!)

(Free of course meaning paid for a long time ago so it doesn’t count!) The status is based on how many points you earn. You can earn points for spending $$, reviewing products, visiting their website. Etc. I don’t remember exactly how many crowns it was but I think it’s close to “$1000” worth of points. Again, you can earn the points on different ways. Once you get the status the discounts accumulate fast (or I spend a lot, both are probably true).

It’s a fun kit, and I love the stamp set, too! It looks like it will be back in stock in August. You can have them email you when it comes in. Their kits often sell out fairly fast.

Did anyone get the North Pole card kit? I love that stamp set! Unfortunately, it's sold out. Wahhhh.... Same as scrapnnana I ordered the North Pole kit a few weeks ago. I was going to order the Happy Holly Days dies and foam refills since I don’t need the whole kit, but the dies already sold out. I’ve ordered so much recently though that I don’t need another kit. They are really good about restocking though so if you really want it, sign up for the notification or watch the site.
