The house is not for me but I'll take that 80 acres of land. Lovely woods and nice stream, etc.

I love it! Unfortunately it is out of my price range - but would be a great spot to spend my summers!

It’s completely charming in its own way but I couldn’t live there. The price is steep for the house but not for the land and the woods are idyllic.
Tfs 😊

All I can see is what I can't see...spiders. They must be EVERYWHERE.

I couldn't live there full time, but it would make an awesome vacation home/airbnb. The land is magnificent. As I looked at the pictures I could feel my feet quietly squishing into the lush landscape.
On a side note, the pictures of the cars made me giggle.

I love it - way too much $ but I adore cozy small homes like that.

I would LOVE that. I was expecting the inside to be dark, but was pleasantly surprised at how much natural light there was.

I would love to live there, but I wonder if it would be cold and damp in winter.

I love it! The only drawback for me is that there is no toilet in the house. I get up a couple of times a night to go to the restroom, and I would not want to have to go down the stairs, out of the house, and meander down to the workshop, at night, to pee. Other than that, I would adore the place. With that amount of acreage, I could let my cats and pup roam free. Not that they would, they are always in whatever room I am in and usually trying to sit on my lap. As I type this, my pup is laying on the arm of the recliner I am sitting in, and one cat is draped across the top of the recliner with her tail wrapped along the side of my head, and another cat is curled up on the footrest of the recliner. The other two cats are plopped on the couch nearby, snoozing on the throw there. I guess the bonus of that would be that my trek to the bathroom at night wouldn't be alone!
I could imagine taking quiet walks all around the property and building a garden for vegetables. I would have thought there would have been some fruit trees planted there by now. I don't know what the weather is like in that part of the world, so I don't know if staying in that little hobbit house year-round is possible, but it sure is cute. I can picture myself sweeping it all clean and living very minimally. And spending my days idilly wandering around and watching nature. Maybe puttering in the workshop which I would have changed into a big craft room. Ahhh.
