I was looking on pinterest and was annoyed a makeup vanity popped up on my feed. It's like they don't know me at all! THEN, I thought it would make a fun embellishment center! All the little drawers! Or the spot for a page that's a work in progress. Some of them have sliding drawers. Or a place for dumping and assorting embellishments for that current project. The mirrors could be replaced with magnetic vent covers to hold dies. Possibly cork covering the mirrors to pin things up?

Great ideas for hiding small things. My desk sits in the middle of the room. I don't like my back to the wall. Not sure if those desks would be wide enough to keep my items on it. I also have a dog who will peruse my table for good smelling scrapping supplies.

It wouldn't work for me. I've met me. I'd bury it under papers and other supplies, and then I wouldn't be able to open it.
Looks cute though.

I'm a much simpler person. I would be more interested in the Ikea Alex drawers/table combo. I could make it a 2-Alex table combo.

Drawers are a nice idea for hiding all the things. My problem is if they are hidden from me, I won’t use them. Out of sight, out of mind.

The 4th link would be good for a die cutting station!

Those are very nice, but not my style or way of doing things. I don't like my scrapbook supplies hidden away. I like to see my stash. For embellishments and little things, I prefer a row of small see through jars, boxes, bins, etc.... Seeing my stuff, makes me happy.

I had one wide Alex drawer unit and on Friday bought a second one and a table top. I removed the desk that had very inefficient storage (open shelves). I love it so much! I only worked at it for a few hours yesterday and was really happy with how easy it was to reach things!

I love drawers but hate small ones. I've been wanting to get a wide Ikea Alex but it would just be replacing existing cubes that work fine so it feels unnecessary. But I LOVE those wide drawers! I have several wide drawers in my kitchen and I love being able to see lots of stuff at one time and then closing the drawer and it is gone. I also find it easier to organize a wide drawer. I hate trying to fit things into a small space that ultimately doesn't work the way I want it.

Vanities, like everything, have evolved! I think of the little makeup table and boudoir chair when I think of a vanity, with of course, a mirror. I still have my mom's vanity. It was sued as my dresser growing up and my son's desk. My scraproom is too small to have that piece of furniture with such a limited use. But many of those you linked look like really cute desks or die cut stations!

Hopefully I can work from home forever, but if not I will transition it to my craft room.

What you are looking for will be found at your local hardware store in the tool box aisle, for a lot less $
