Each of the last couple of years, we have had a group going that shared our mailing addresses so that we could each send birthday greetings to all the other members. The idea was to make or purchase a card for each of the other members, then get it into the mail ahead of their special day in the hopes it would arrive in time.
This new round would start in September, and go until the following August. Please indicate by replying to this message if you would like to be included. No need to give your birth date or even your birth month here. When we have 12 to 15 members, I will include everyone in a group PM where we can share dates and mailing information.

Although I am still kinda new, I am interested in signing up  I was an avid letter - writer back in the day, and that lead to my interest in scrapbooking. I continue to enjoy sending and receiving mail. Thanks for organizing this, grammadee - this looks like a lot of fun |

In the group PM, there are usually reminders to nudge us to get the cards in the mail. BTW, if YOU can’t keep up, we are ALL in trouble, LOL. sorry you won’t be joining in again, JustTricia. I'm thinking about this. How many people signs up for this grammadee ? In the last few years we have had between 10 and 15 participants. Will try to keep it about there again so no one feels overwhelmed. No more than 20 for sure...

For anyone who hasn't bought them before, you can get international forever stamps from USPS... they're $1.20 each (sheet of 10 for $12) and they are currently in chrysanthemum and poinsettia. Covers up to a 2 ounce letter to Canada and 1 ounce to any other country. |
