I recently bought the "To the Point" turnabout. Part of the stamp itself isn't fully formed (the images in that area are about half the height of the rest of the stamp and there is no detail at all)
I didn't buy it directly from Concord & 9th (they were sold out) so I bought it elsewhere. I emailed them but haven't heard back yet.
Just wondering if anyone else had any trouble with the stamps.

I dont have any turnabout stamps greendragonlady, but I have thought about buying this one. Here is a video youtu.be/tK9x9OkCbck she is using this stamp. I believe the pots and cactus is separated so they could be different colors. Is that what you mean they are not completed?

It doesn't hit the paper when I stamp. And there is no detail on that part...it's basically a mushy outline.

They did respond and asked for pictures. :crossing fingers: They did right by me when I had a defective stamp. They just ask for a photo as proof/maybe to record the issue. Fingers crossed they do the same for you.

the only time I had an issue with a turnabout was the dots one. (can't remember name). Turns out there is a VERY specific way to do this one, which I believe I found out here. Once I knew that, it works great. I haven't used it for awhile so can't remember specifics - but it was clearly user error and not a defect.

There's a whole thread about that one. 😂 At first I thought this was the thread.

I'll check out the thread, though.
