I am having issues mustering up sympathy. I feel bad for his family and anyone else who contracted it due to his stupidity, but him? NONE!

"Cain was considered at an increased risk for coronavirus due to his age and history with cancer, according to US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance.
In 2006, Cain was given a 30% chance of survival from stage 4 colon cancer that had spread to his liver. He underwent chemotherapy and surgery to remove the cancer from his liver and was declared cancer free in 2007."



It's sad, but I can't muster up much sympathy for him since he was at greater risk for complications, but he believed the Republican BS enough to endanger his own health, and the health of his family / friends, by not doing the simplest things he could to protect his own health.

While I am sad that anyone has to die from this, I too, am having trouble mustering up sympathy.

I truly don’t understand beating a cancer like that, and being so reckless with your health over something that would negate winning that battle. :/

I really don't, either.

Sad for a family to lose a loved one. I hope other families whose members he infected don’t have to lose someone dear to them.

I have an admitted soft spot for people who make self-destructive decisions. RIP.
