I’m making some mini albums with some stuff going in rings without page protectors. Some items, like glassine bags, really need reinforcement.
I’d like something more visually interesting (but still plain & neutral (🤪)) than the regular plain thin white hole reinforcements. Like, the thick brown (kraft?) reinforcements on shipping tags. Do those exist? I spent quite a bit of time on Amazon and google and couldn’t find anything. I might not be using the right search terms.

If you have a small circle punch, like 1/2" I think, and a hole puncher, you can make your own. That's what I usually do, just out of cardstock.
I get results by Avery, seems like the brand to search.

Your other option is to reinforce it with a paper hinge, my favourite thing to do for the more fragile pages in my mini albums. You can fold a strip of matching pattern paper or cardstock to wrap around the edge or stick down two strips of paper on each side if you want different colours/patterns on each side. It can be a fun and very aesthetically pleasing approach to the issue.
I've seen some tag building dies on AliExpress come with a very small reinforcement die for the tag hole so that's another option to explore (but it could take a few weeks to arrive).
ETA: I don't have the time to photograph + upload one of these paper hinges but I do remember Kelly Purkey had something similar albeit for pure decorative reasons in her 2019 DD mini album. If the timestamp doesn't work, head to 07:01.

I use the Avery brand (clear or white) most times. My key is to use them on the front and back of the hole. Works well for me

It won't punch super thick materials, but you could always layer two for added strength.
