I bought a class from her on the 26th, followed up on the 28th after nothing but crickets. I still haven't received any sort of welcome email, login info, nothing. She hasn't, like, dropped off the face of the earth or anything, right? Based on what I've read about her, I was expecting a bit of a wait, but not five days' worth. Is this normal? Feeling a bit irritated!

She's around. She is usually on top of things. I have sent a message to her with this post. Hopefully, she can get things sorted out quickly.

She just posted on IG about 1 class, 10 instructors, is that the class you bought?
It looks like she took a week break on IG so something may have happened and should be getting back to you.

Send her an email or message on social media. Shimelle has had similar issues in the past but always gets it straightened out as soon as she finds out about it!

I'm sure she's got better things to do than manually set up accounts, and people who buy classes shouldn't have to wait/nudge/know the right people.

She'd need to invest in a whole new system and overhaul her board access approach. It would cost money + require a whole new setup for the interactive aspect of her website (I love the old-timey board she runs for her classes). She's usually on top of things but sometimes, things go wrong and then you just need to email or message her. She's super quick to go double-check everything and sort it out. No need to know anyone special. ETA: Glad you got everything sorted. Wishing you loads of fun with Shimelle's class. She's an awesome teacher!

I'm on my lunch break so don't have time to get myself set up but I'm excited about learning new ways to approach scrapbooking. I had emailed her but didn't hear back for another three days until posting here today. Maybe an automated "On vacation!" status/email or something would help, to manage expectations?
