could you continue to create if you were only allowed to use stuff from your stash. Not counting adhesive.
I could probably continue for many years. I wouldn't want that rule, I like getting new stuff. And new stuff gives my mojo a boost.
I will say that I don't buy as much as I used to but I still buy.

Forever! I like new stuff also but I like a lot of my old stuff that I haven't had a chance to use. My fear is that when I go, my family will just throw it all away. I better get using it I guess. I do find that I am picky when I shop now.

A long while but I probably wouldn't like the pages much! I have a lot of outdated paper and stickers.

A long time, I would run out of neutral cardstock first and be making some funky color choices at the end if I had to stick to using what I have on hand.

Probably through my lifetime and my kids' too.
I went to a scrapbook "Event" (like CKU sort of; a convention) a while back and came home with a moving box full of projects and some new purchases too. (sigh). I still have the big tote full from the last one I went to 2 years ago. Heck I probably still have a tote with stuff from CKU.
My DH used to tell me I couldn't buy anything new until I used 25% of what I had...that was 'round about 10 or so years ago. And my response back then was much of the stash are things that are reusable like stamps. and the problem with having stamps is once you use them, they are still there, still taking up space (and many of mine are SU- all mounted on big wooden blocks). And then there are only so many times you can use certain stamps before you need to add something new.

Another long timer too but I'm trying to get rid of a lot of my stuff. Lots of lookers but no takers & it's good stuff too.

Indefinitely. I am well stocked, especially with paper and cardstock. Also, between my electronic cutter and my stamps, I can make anything I might want but don't have.
I went on a panic buy when the last remaining LSS was going out of business. It also happened to be the time when manufacturers were dumping papers, and I was picking up packs at Tuesday Morning.
I'm still working on how to store it all.

When I was working, I worked 70 to 80 hours per week. I could afford to buy everything and anything I wanted. I just didn't have any time to actually use it. I used to say my hobby was buying supplies. I haven't been able financially to replenish my stash since I was forced to quit working due to poor health and was so happy I had so much stuff, that other than adhesives & blades, I could easily craft for the rest of my life. My house flooded last December 3 days before Christmas. I lost over 2/3 of all my possessions. That being said, I still had over 85 bankers boxes of stamps, paper, tools & supplies when I moved to a much smaller place and I am still set for life. Once I got moved in, I was able to go through stuff and donated 39 bankers boxes of things to various places that meant something to me such as the nursing home where my mother spent the last 3 years of her life, a local homeless teen shelter and my friend's daughter who teaches elementary school in inner-city Compton. Up until then I had always felt a bit guilty about my extravagance or to say it more honestly - my hoarding. However, as hard as that time was, I once again realized that everything really does happen for a reason.

I think I'd survive about nine months...I had a major purge a few weeks ago and donated so many supplies I just knew I wouldn't use. Funnily enough, this seems to have freed up creatively in ways I didn't expect.

So far it's been four years since I've added anything to my well stocked scrapbook stash! I just moved back Stateside and I'm still slowly getting all of my supplies organized. I think I have enough to keep me until I become a grandma! Can't say I'm not prepared! Lol!

It's hard to say because it doesn't look like I have as much stuff as I see in some of your pictures, but when I start trying to use up my scraps they start multiplying. So I could probably just keep going and going.

Definitely the remainder of my life. I have too much stuff. I was like skippet in that I worked two jobs and did lots of craft shopping and little crafting. Until I was injured in an accident and forced to quit working. Now, once I get my craft room set back up, I plan to play in there a bit every day, if i can. I recently had my whole house packed up, along with craft room, and moved it into storage when I was planning on moving from this house into a little mountain cabin for a year or two. I needed a smaller place with less daily responsibilities so I could rehab from that accident. I thought a little cabin in the mountains near my sister's ranch would be just the thing I needed. Unfortunately, those plans fell through. The boxes and furniture were moved back and I've been very slowly unpacking the entire house, with the craft room being the last priority. I'm now mostly unpacked and settled in with some boxes left in the garage with overflow stuff I didn't need right away and some craft room boxes that wouldn't fit into the already-packed-full-of-boxes craft room. Once I get everything unpacked and the craft room organized differently with the racks and things I recently purchased, I am going to pack up a lot of the duplicates and things I don't think I will ever use again into a few of the empty boxes and give them to my sister and niece. Or sell them if they don't want them. This should help me be able to create in my room better with a more carefully thought out layout. But most importantly, it will further addict my niece and sister! I want someone to play with and no one near me does much crafting. I envision lots of little getaways to my sister's ranch with snow outside, the fireplace going, and the three of us scrapbooking and having a good time.

A while. I seem to have binge bought yellow card stock for some reason. I know I won't use that much! I'm using mainly white and black lately. I just invested in a Brother Scan and cut and will see how that works for cutting titles and images to make embellishments.

Does anyone else find that they have SO MUCH STUFF but somehow seem to be missing the essentials? I went through things the other day and piled up a two-inch stack of patterned paper I was never going to use, but when I sat down to scrapbook ten minutes later, I had no adhesive.

Here I am bragging I could go years, well, maybe not. I use a lot of black card stock and yesterday went to get some out and low and behold there is very little in my stash. So there will have to be an order that includes black card stock soon.

I am going out today to my local Kelly Paper store to pick up a ream of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White in 110 lb. to use with my Copics. I have lots of white paper, but it got mixed up during all the boxing/unboxing and I'm not sure which are which now. Instead of testing out all the papers there, I'm just going to pick up a whole ream of the "good stuff" and keep it in a well-marked paper storage shelf. I will eventually get around to sorting all the whites back into their different types and I'm sure I will be able to determine at least some of the types that I had for the Copic markers. And fortunately, I thoroughly enjoy getting into that room to do the fussy sorting and organizing that will be required to put that room back into optimal shape. I am excited to put the new racks and things I've purchased in there, especially the new industrial baker's rack (the kind that bakery places use with the heavy duty wheels and slots for the full-sized baking trays) that will hold a bunch of my wooden stamps. I found one on Craigslist for a steal! It may take me a week for each type of thing that I'm reorganizing, but that is a huge part of the fun for me.

Until the paper ran out. I haven't really bought new paper in a long time. I have just been buying dies. So I could go for a long time.
