Link is closed. Had a lovely night with you all, and I finished three pages. I'm getting ready for tomorrow's crop now. Hope to see you there! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hey Papercrafters! Once again, there will be two Hangouts crops this weekend. We'll use this thread for Saturday's crop, and joyfulnana will be starting a new thread for Sunday's. I plan to open Saturday's link by 7pm EST, but if any of you want to start earlier and feel like hosting, awesome! Just sign onto Google Hangouts, initiate a video call, and copy the invitation link to a post on this thread. Sunday's crop will happen earlier in the day. Last week, it started at 11am CST. To join a crop, sign into your Google account and click on the link in this thread provided by the host. You'll have to enable your camera and microphone. One time I was also required at one point to click on a tiny video camera icon for some reason, but usually I'm given access directly without going through this extra step. Please post here if you're having trouble getting in, and we'll try to help if we can. Hope to see you this weekend, even if you can only jump in for a short while to say hi

Good. I prob won't be scrapping, but I plan to drop in. I need some more technical help! I downloaded a free cutfile from SCT but now I can't figure out how to get Silhouette to cut it.
If I can get it cut, I might stay on line while I use it, but after picking peas and raspberries and cleaning house today, I don't think I will have much oomph left to put a page together.

It was a zip file, and I downloaded it and "extracted", but not sure which of the files that fell out of it will work with the my Silhouette. Tried a couple, including the one with the word Studio in the title, but neither one worked for me.

I unzipped the file (I'm stealing it by the way). Opened my Silhouette. Opened one of the Silhouette files. Sent it to print. Is this what you want it to do? IMG_4846 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr

Yes. That is what I want to do, gramma. Which of the files did you use?

I did it twice. Once with each of the silhouette files.

Thanks, gramma. There must have been a glitch in my download. I shut down Silhouette, deleted the saved files, redownloaded and extracted, and this time it cut, no problem.

Thanks, msliz, that was fun tonight, even if my zebra lost his tail.
