@beebee posted this on NSBR so I thought I would bring her question over here: "I have a feeling someone here can help me out. So my dd has been doing some beginner scrapbooking and that has led to her doing some lettering and doodles on the pages and on her photos. She is really quite good at it. That is something I could never do so I am quite jealous . So anyway, something about her work sparked a memory of a scrapbooker that was a young college girl and I think she was from Arizona. She was a winner of HOF and I remember buying the HOF book and being blown away by her work. She journaled a ton and switched fonts with almost every word. I went digging into my old stuff from my scrapbooking days hoping I would have kept something that had a layout or two of this girl's work but no such luck. Does anyone remember who I am talking about? I think it would have been around 2003-2006. If I can get a name, maybe I can find some of her layouts online. I. really want my dd to see her work."

I have no idea who it was.
I am curious, if anyone has a list of all the garden girls that were ever on the old board. Perhaps seeing a name will help some remember.

Are you talking about early Becky Higgins? In the early days her lettering and embellishments were almost all done by hand. She had several books featuring her fonts, techniques and ideas, as well.
ETA: I see it was Jen McGuire. I wouldn’t have guessed her for lettering and doodles. Although she scrapped back in the day, I remember her specialty being tools and how to stretch their use.

She corrected it, and it ended up being Kelly Anderson after all.

Who was the Garden Girl who had 3 kids with gorgeous eyes? Most her LOs were simplistic. She ended up copying something and it was a lot of drama.
