At first I thought the right word to describe trump was delusional, but now I’m not sure. Whatever the correct word is, this is not normal.
de·lu·sion·al /dəˈlo͞oZH(ə)nəl/ adjective characterized by or holding idiosyncratic beliefs or impressions that are contradicted by reality or rational argument, typically as a symptom of mental disorder. "hospitalization for schizophrenia and delusional paranoia"
Examples...
trump this morning...
”With the exception of New York & a few other locations, we’ve done MUCH better than most other Countries in dealing with the China Virus. Many of these countries are now having a major second wave. The Fake News is working overtime to make the USA (& me) look as bad as possible!”
”Cases up because of BIG Testing! Much of our Country is doing very well. Open the Schools!”
”My visits last week to Texas and Frorida had massive numbers of cheering people gathered along the roads and highways, thousands and thousands, even bigger (by far) than the crowds of 2016. Saw no Biden supporters, and yet some in the Fake News said it was an equal number. Sad!”

I mean, isn’t describing a reality that is good for you but false just classic narcissism?

I’d just call it lying.

Psychopath
Psychopathy is traditionally a personality disorder characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, and bold, disinhibited, and egotistical traits. It is sometimes considered synonymous with sociopathy.

Ok we see a lot of this in trump. But what about all the lying?

“psy·cho·path /ˈsīkəˌpaTH/ noun a person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior.”
I’m not seeing any violent social behavior because trump is too much of a coward. He can’t handle face to face confrontation. He’s more of a runs from confrontation and attacks safely from his bathroom via twitter type of guy.

I think he has a multitude of disorders.. They all seem to fit him at any given time.

Like others have said, he exhibits the behaviors and meets the criteria necessary for diagnosis of narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder. Although violence can be a behavior exhibited by a sociopath, it’s not necessary for diagnosis, if the person meets other criteria for the disorder.

What is clear is he displays some behavior from all the words suggested on this thread.
Which makes him dangerous from now until the election and after the election because win or lose he will have a huge list of perceived enemies that he feels he will have “to get”.
And it’s clear he has willing minions willing to help.

WTF?? Did we show the actual pics of his "supporters" on the tarmac at Tampa the other day? ? ? ?? (I'm SO disappointed to have seen Pasco County's Sheriff Chris Nocco, sans mask, there in line with other FL Sheriffs, in support of this douche). There were about 36 people there...... It was EMPTY!!! ”My visits last week to Texas and Florida had massive numbers of cheering people gathered along the roads and highways, thousands and thousands, even bigger (by far) than the crowds of 2016."
bwahahaha!! this sure sounds like 'delusional' to me. (also sounds like a classic narcissistic personality disorder response.)

I have no doubt that mental health professionals all over the world will use him as a teaching aid diagnosing multiple disorders for years to come.

Narcissism laced with political instincts.
He made sure to only name (blue) (Godless) (expendable) New York. He knows the mental picture to give voters and it ain’t Arizona or Texas or Florida.
His personality disorder always brings along a travel-sized dog whistle on its outings out of Himself’s mouth.
