"Progress on Projects (POP)" YouTube Series by Craftsomejoy

I've been skimming through the first 4 videos, and it's so much paperwork! It's great to be organized before you start, but it just seemed like overkill. I was wondering to myself if it was all really necessary before I remembered that CM albums used to require the scrapbooker to adhere the pages to the album, so once the pages were in place, the order couldn't be changed. Does anyone know, are CM albums still like that? If so, maybe this level of planning is important! 

Toward the end of the 4th video, she does something that I do too. After I have my photos in hand, I select background papers and stack them together in an Iris box while they wait to be scrapped. I might keep only 10 pages worth at a time though rather than a whole albums worth.
