I don't know if this has been discussed, but as I am WAY behind on scrapping, I'm finding this series by Lauren Hinds very helpful. Progress on ProjectsShe also has a Facebook group: Progress on Projects: the POP Community! The series is very detailed and she has some free planner inserts as well as folder templates to file your photos. For me, it's a bit overload on the planning stages, but I'm able to pick through the videos and find some great ideas that will work for me. Lauren Hinds is a Creative Memories consultant, but I've found that in these particular videos she doesn't push CM products.

I've been skimming through the first 4 videos, and it's so much paperwork! It's great to be organized before you start, but it just seemed like overkill. I was wondering to myself if it was all really necessary before I remembered that CM albums used to require the scrapbooker to adhere the pages to the album, so once the pages were in place, the order couldn't be changed. Does anyone know, are CM albums still like that? If so, maybe this level of planning is important! Toward the end of the 4th video, she does something that I do too. After I have my photos in hand, I select background papers and stack them together in an Iris box while they wait to be scrapped. I might keep only 10 pages worth at a time though rather than a whole albums worth. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the videos (in fast forward! ) Thanks for posting them! Good luck getting organized

Cm has had the ability to slide in pages vs adhering them for a long while. I don't recall what the product is called though.
I saved several videos to watch this weekend. I'm a big planner before I scrap so I'm curious about her process. I print a contact sheet for each LO/PL page I plan on making, plus a planning worksheet I made for each month (PL and LOs).

Wow! She is very detailed. I'm afraid I'm a bit too ADHD for her system.
