Here is one that's similar to the one you linked. Try going to Scrapbook dot com and searching for label stamp. A bunch came up for me. And they ship pretty quick.

Kelly Purkey has one I use a lot that comes with a die (although disappointingly not for the round label). It can also be found at sb.com Kelly Purkey label stamp set

I might get it from Scrapbook.com as the int shipping is more affordable. It is perfect for what I need! BTW, what size is the round stamp, maybe you could use a circle punch?

Thanks for all your suggestions. I went with the Elizabeth Craft Designs Retro Labels as there were more stamps and all with straight edges so easy to cut out.
