I have an alpha set that is a basic typewriter font. It is a full upper and lower case alphas, and 0-9, and a few punctuation marks - all on a single 3x4 stamp set. So obviously, the stamps are tiny!
It was probably the first acrylic stamp set I ever purchased, pushing 12 years old (at least). Some oft used letters Are no longer clingy, and are getting really hard (dried out?). I’d love to get a replacement, but can’t find anything similarly sized. The closest I’ve found is on a 4x6 sized set, or just one size of alphabet on 3x4.
I can’t remember where I got it or who made it. I probably picked it up at Michael’s or some place similar.
Any ideas where I can get one? It seems so basic, I’m surprised by how hard it’s been to find another.

I can’t imagine a Michael’s stamp being sticky for that long. Smallest alphas I’ve seen are the ones from papertrey ink they weren’t expensive But I’m not sure it’s the size/font you want because it is 4x6 www.papertreyink.com/last-call/simple-alphabet-stamp-set/Their type strip alphabet are small enough but you’d have to cut them apart they have a few fonts of those. Numbers are seperate

I might have that same set. I actually bought it for scrapbooking back when I paper scrapped (prior to 2009). And like your set, some of the letters don't stick. Mine is this one from Stampendous The letters are 1/4" high. To get them to re-stick, gently wash them in dawn dish soap and warm water over a fine mesh strainer.

The old Making Memories magnetic stamp set can still be found on eBay and Etsy sometimes. I liked that you could create your own words and stamp with the handle. But the fonts were limited I think....

Same type font for sure. Thank you!
