My wonderful across the street neighbor died this morning. She was in her early 40's. Married to her DH for 3 years. He had been married before and finally found the right person. She loved to camp and hunt and was just such a nice person.
I saw an ambulance there briefly....then 4 unmarked police cars showed up. I had a bad feeling when I saw one of them taking pictures. Finally saw her DH when his sister arrived. I went over about an hour later after everyone had gone. I saw our funeral home guy show up....
She fell down the stairs at some point during the night and her DH found her. I am just so sad for him (today is his birthday) and her elderly parents. FUCK....I will really really miss her.
2020 can just SUCK IT

Man, I know too many people who have died that way - from a fall and a head injury. It's really scary.

That is so awful, I feel for her family and friends (this means you too). That poor man, finding her must have been beyond devastating.
