I just have to say that I am really finding the Color My Life app so useful. I am logging all of my stamps, dies, and embossing folders and creating tags for each one - the tagging is the most important part for me because it helps me find specifically what I'm looking for.
For instance, I have to make a first communion card today for my nephew. Instead of going through all of my stamp sets to look for something appropriate, I knew I wanted to do some kind of bird or dove on the card - so I just searched for "dove" in my app and it came up with the sets that I have that have a dove image in them. I can see the stamp set right in the app and can view the images and see which dove image is the one I want, and then in my listing for that set it tells me where its stored - in the "Birds & Butterflies" section for instance. I have a dove image stored in the Christmas category, too, so I would have missed that stamp if I was just searching manually.
I also tagged each stamp set with the sentiments in the set so I can look up specific words that I want to use. It also lists matching dies for it.
I try to keep track of who I send cards to and which stamp set I used so I don't send duplicate cards, so under the stamp set listing in the app I can add a photo of the card I made. I can add the name of the recipient to the app in the tagging section if I want (or I can just add it right to the photograph in photoshop before I upload the image to the app).
I had a question/suggestion for the owners of the app last week and emailed it to them, and they got back to me right away - on a Saturday night.
Just wanted to say how impressed I am with it, and how handy it's been. I have purchased duplicate items in the past and I think this is a way I can avoid that in the future, too.

Thanks for the info on the CML app. I currently use Evernote and like it, but you never know if they will be acquired and change, so it's good to have other options.
Using it to keep track of what card was sent to a certain person is a great idea!

Thanks for sharing, I've never heard of this app before and will definitely check it out! I use AirTable right now and it's okay but I'd like to see what this one has to offer.

Just an FYI, but I pay $1.50 per month for CML for the PRO version, but I'm pretty sure they still have a free version. If I recall correctly, you have a month to add all you want to the free version, and you can keep it forever, or else you upgrade to pro and you can continue to add more. I personally find it worth it if it saves me from buying even one duplicate stamp set. Also, they are working with scrapbook and stamping companies to add their products to the app so that when you go to add it yourself, all you have to do is scan the item and it's automatically uploaded. You still have to add your own tags, though. I've never heard of AirTable, but I did use to use Evernote (many years ago) but just never really took the time to learn the program in depth.

I just didn't take the time to thoroughly learn it, I think. I had so many articles and websites bookmarked in it, though, I remember it being super useful for that, too.
