When my favorite LSS closed, I bought a ton of the ribbon I used to use on cards. Have more than I'll ever use, I'm sure. Somehow, I can't seem to use it on layouts, only cards.
And why, oh why, does the washi tape roll have to be so BIG!!!!

My collection of ribbon scares me! And yes, for the number of times I use washi, my collection of it scares me too! I'll never learn!

I have a good selection of ribbon…Webster's Pages is my favorite & I use that more than any other brand. I just used some on a layout a few days ago. I like washi tape, but haven't gone crazy buying a lot of it. Fibers…I still have most of the various Adornments ones.

I had a huge stash of ribbon before it was a trend in scrapping, as I sewed a lot long before then, and still do. Fibers were never a big collection for me, plus my sister knits and would just give me a yard or two here and there. Washi tape, I have some but not an over abundance. It has so many other uses, like have been mentioned, that i will keep it around for awhile. Twine gets used a lot also. Decor, gift wrap, baking, etc.

I have lots of ribbon that I never got around to using and was looking at most of it the other day, and I think I am going to toss them in a sack and send off to Goodwill!

My ribbon collection borders on addiction. Between the ribbon and the fibers, they fill up an entire side (8 cubes worth of bins!) of my work island. I love my ribbons! I like to journal on tags so I do use them on nearly every layout and also use them for sewing, gift wrapping or other crafts whenever the need arises. I don't have a lot of washi, I filled up one of the We R round tape dispenser things and that's it. I'm attracted to the ones from Doodlebug and have to force myself to NOT buy it. I don't like that it doesn't stay stuck without gluing it down. Seriously, it's TAPE. It should STICK! I have a little bit of a lot of colors of the two colored baker's twine and about 28 colors of thick pearl cotton on 1000+ yard bolts that I bought really super cheap a long time ago that I use way more than I thought I would.

Jealous of your pearl cotton collection. A friend who does needlepoint gave me some of her extra and I love it!

Hated the fiber trend, even when it was hot. I couldn't make it work, and I didn't especially want a fuzzy page in the first place. Ribbon was better, but I personally find myself being much more creative with washi tape.

I have too much ribbon. Probably a lot less than most people but it could be that I've used what I will ever use and need to get rid of it. My friend says I should have used up all my ribbon before buying any washi tape. Where's the logic in that?! Hahaha! Maybe I'll send the ribbon to Australia when my granddaughter comes to visit. They probably don't have enough ribbon stash in Australia, right?

Yup, had (still have) the ribbon and fiber. Collecting seems to go hand and hand with the hobby. Going way back, how about those Prima flowers when they first came out in jars? Tags? Eyelets? Brads? Had 'em all.

I remember ribbon & fiber swaps. I haven't got on the washi bandwagon, only because they never want to stay on. I'm washi impaired.

I have plenty of ribbon, fibers, and washi to last me a good long time. I also have a collection of twistel (anyone remember that stuff?) in just about every color. I really need to purge.

I posted earlier on here that I still have some. I got it from QVC. After writing this I forced myself to use some on a layout this past week. I was to lazy to unravel the whole thing, so I just did the ends.

That looks great! OK, now I am going to have to pull out the twistel and actually use it!

I have more ribbons than fibers but I still enjoy using them. I have a few rolls of washi tape but haven't yet really gotten into using them. I'll be doing more with them, though, as I complete my smash books.

I did have a ton of ribbon and used hardly any, purged a ton for a local scrappy sale and was able to sell it all. Used to buy a ton of those AC $1 rolls of ribbon ugh. Got rid of pretty much all my lace too wth was I ever thinking and ugh the fiber craze got into that too and used some on old old layouts and then the craze went away and came back and got into it again and there the pile of fiber sat haha but I purged pretty much all of that too other then a few color combos I liked.
I do have a lot of washi but I use it a lot. I think another thing that came out around the same time as washi was the wood veneers and enamel dots. I do have a lot of wv and at last count I have over 30 packs of enamel dots yep have a definite addiction to them hahaha but I do use quite a few of them but do I really need 30 packs of them lol.

I collected ribbon for a while to use, but never came up with a project. I recently purged a lot--some went to my mom and a bunch my aunt & a cousin will go through it and see if they want any of it, and pass what they don't want on to crafty friends. I never got into fiber or twine, but washi tape? Eep. I have more than I could use in 5 lifetimes, and can't stop buying it!

Had 'em all. My mom, sis, and I would buy and split in eyelets, brads, etc. So I have quite the variety of colors. Sometimes I go on a binge and put a ton on a LO! I also have the magic mesh, but not that much left. Chipboard, that's another one that I have a shoebox full off different shapes. I am not, I repeat NOT going to do this with Washi tape! Only a few wood veneers here too. Trying to use up what I have and hoping that some fades will cycle through again!

Never did a ribbon club but I do have a fair bit. Not so much I feel the need to purge it. I have a few (12-15) rolls of washi. What I still use the most though is ricrac. I have as much ricrac as I do ribbon but I use it and replenish it when I run out of a color.

Oh and I do also have a decent assortment of twine! I won a large sampler on a blog hop from the twinery and I think I'm set for life!
As for how I adhere ribbon, I use my dot roller.

Ribbon, fibers, chipboard. Check and double check. I remember belonging to a kit club and every month I'd get the ribbon add on. And the swaps...I have so much stuff. I've taken a vow to only buy basics until I use up some of my stash (and make room in the bin where I keep my kits), but it's going to take a long time to do that.
I must have taken a break from sbing by the time the washi and chipboard trends started up since I don't have either.

I had tons of fibers until I purged before moving. I still have tons of ribbon. I only have maybe a half dozen rolls of washi, but now I'm doing digital stuff more than paper.
