After seeing the results of the poll about virtual crops, it seems the majority are interested in Saturday afternoon. Most of the rest of the votes when to Sunday.
I've enjoyed these so much and want to set up days that will work for the most peas to be able join in. I'm going to be alternating Sat and Sun crops. I'm CST and I had listed 3-7 as an option. I'm willing to tweak that an hour earlier if that works better.
This week will be the regular Sunday, then Saturday the following week. I have to time the Saturdays so there isn't a 6yo distraction running rampant lol. If an earlier time works better for Saturday let me know!
ETA: Approximate times - Sunday Noon-4 Saturday 3-7.

How about opening up a discord channel? so we could just ask if someone would be interested right now in chatting / talking while scrapbooking?  Might be easier to find a good time slot for everyone? |

Yes. msliz has been hosting Saturdays and joyfulnana has been hosting Sundays this summer. joyfulnana will be alternating each week this fall. anika, if you want to open a virtual scrap session on this or any other platform, just let us know, provide a link, and I am sure someone will join you. These sessions are scheduled ahead for those who need/prefer to plan their scrappy week. But you can either start a thread with the time in the thread name, or just include the link in a reply to this thread if you decide to open a session. Please tag joyfulnana so she can add your session to the op. |

anika that sounds like a great idea too. Anyone that wants to start an impromptu crop/chat should go for it! I know we miss a lot of people due to differences in time zones, availability, etc.

How does it work? Is the idea that the channel would stay open all the time 24/7 so we could just come and go? Would you be able to set it up? I don't know anything about Discord except that 2 of my kids use it. I'm counting on them to show me the ropes. |
