Apparently my order shipped 8/28, and I guess the notification went to my spam. I’m just thankful it’s on its way and set to arrive Monday. I hope anyone that is waiting, gets their order soon! Two weeks today and still no shipping notice. But I did get an email telling me I'll get a free gift if I order again.  |

I'm wondering if there wasn't something out of stock in the latest card kit. Did you purchase the monthly card kit? I did. I did AND i talked my sister into getting one too! If they were waiting on something, I'm fine with that IF THEY TELL ME! Put it on the website and let people know. It's not hard. That's what is so annoying about this. No communication just irritates me to know end and sends the message that they don't care about repeat purchasers and building a loyal client base. They will have to come up with something pretty damn fantastic and exclusive for me to buy from them again. |

They get worse! They used to sell through eBay and wrapped your order in tissue and included sticky gems and candy. Now they cram it into an envelope and it takes up to 3 weeks to process plus shipping. Their customer service is horrible!!! Not giving them my money again.

I ONLY order from them when I can't get it anywhere else. Like the Dachshund Lawn Fawn stamp set that matched the Lawn Fawn Dachshund set. One was Howloween and the other was Christmas, forgot which was which but I HAD to have ALL the Dachshunds! Paid a fortune for it and it took forever. While I ordered, I got another or two Dachshund items I hadn't found anywhere else.

I only order from them when I want exclusive things or can't get things elsewhere. Haven't ordered in a while but had noticed a bit of an improvement in shipping times. But they're still a lot slower than somewhere like Scrapbook.com

I'm a sucker. I couldn't resist the Stamptember stuff....here's hoping I get it soon! Like, before Halloween so I can actually use it for Halloween cards. This spring, I ordered the "MOM" die and it arrived after Mother's Day, even though I ordered it minutes after it was revealed. So much for making Mother's Day cards with it this year.... I ordered some Stamptember stuff from them also. They have some cute stamps and dies so far for Stamptember. Hopefully, Simon Says Stamp gets their shipping together for this. |

I think the exclusivity is not good for the industry and I won't support Stamptember or Simon Says Stamp any more because they go after small businesses when their "friends" ask them to. Oh my, I can’t believe this! I ordered from SSS a little over a week ago and my order has been just processing ever since which I understand is no where the same length of time that some of you have waited. But today I just ran across this post and realized that I may not see my order for a while. I read in the thread that someone had contacted their customer service and all of a sudden the order started moving. Well I figured it couldn’t hurt to do the same so I called SSS today and left a message asking if there was something in my order that was now out of stock since it still is processing and if so I’d like to know so I could cancel my order depending on the length of time it would take. I never heard back but I just checked my email and miraculously my order has been shipped 😮. I think this will be the last time I order from them, unless like others have said, I can’t find an item anywhere else. Thanks to the Peas I’ll have my stuff soon!!!

I'm waiting 2 weeks with my order (which is only 1 item - the Tim Holtz Stamptember cats) still processing and I received an email last night with the free gift offer on a future order too! Ummm, no thanks SSS.... My order was placed 9/26 and I emailed them 10/8 checking on the status and haven't had a response to that either. |

Back again after googling a bit on SSS shipping. Kinda crazy that you can find a lot of reviews with the crazy slow shipping, poor packaging and high shipping costs (such as on 1 stamp set). Then their Google customer reviews are at an average of 4.8??? And I see they are just loaded with 5 stars that are all very recent and ongoing (I didn't get too far in). What they heck, are they sitting and giving themselves 5 star google reviews instead of shipping product out their doors??
Totally not trying to start something but I'm kind of appalled they could have that poor of customer service and seemingly pretty well supported in the industry. And wondering if I'll ever get my 1 limited edition stamp that was overpriced to begin with plus $6.99 to ship it and that I was charged upfront for. Hmmmm....

I placed a small order on 9/30. Lucky for me, it shipped on 10/6 and arrived today. Not an unreasonably long shipping time. However, I’m a little annoyed that I paid $7.99 shipping and they shipped it in a priority mail envelope. No bubble wrap or anything. I ordered a spray, ink pads, gel medium and paper pads, all could have easily been damaged in the shipping process. Also a little annoyed that I was overcharged for shipping. I know they have a flat rate, but if you have a small order or they just use an envelope, it’s kind of irritating.
