Reading the wedding favor thread had me wondering how well each favor would go over.
I'm going to list all mentioned in the poll. Click on it if you would eat it or take it home or in the case of the charitable donation if you would appreciate it as a favor.
Make sure to vote for the first one so we can get a count of how many voted plus at least one more. "Nothing" is at the bottom if you wouldn't take any of them or appreciate them.
edit: Can't edit the poll. Bamboo stalks not stocks. lol
Edit: I missed "koozie". Feel free to say yes or no to the koozie in your replies!

I voted for a ton but my answer is basically food and plants.

Oddly, it is not counting all of my choices the first time I click on it. It shows the checkmark but doesn't show it on the graph. You may have to click it a couple of times to get it to show your vote for some reason.

I voted for edible favors or nothing. The last thing I need or want is more Trinkets (aka clutter).
ETA: No to Koozies.

I would likely take/eat most food items but not crazy about the idea of homemade, especially while the virus is still around.

I clicked a lot of the small food items. As I posted in the other thread, I'm usually carrying a tiny cocktail purse, and I wouldn't want to have to carry home anything breakable; I think I'd be most likely to carry home a small food item, like cookies or candies, that, eg,I know my kids will enjoy.

All I voted for was photo booth. I don’t want food, plants or anything with the couple’s name on it. I don’t need anymore frames or candles. I can scrap the photos.

I picked the food, booze and (some) plant options ... I'd be most happy with the booze, though ...

No koozie. Consider the ages of the guests, and types of guests. As we get older most of us don’t want more stuff. Consumables are better. My dd and her friends might like glasss or koozies but more likely they would rather the couple didn’t spend money on extra, unnecessary stuff.

No koozies. If I take them home, they just get tossed. We don't use them.
I like the food ones the best. Cake pops, cookies, chocolate -- all those are great ideas.

I think party favors are an unnecessary expense, but I do love photo booths. I’ve always thought of a photo booth as part of the entertainment, although I guess the photos are party favors since you can take them home. I voted for a photo booth.

I, too, agree with wedding favors being unnecessary. No one really needs/wants more little stuff. But, it may be important and fun for those organizing the wedding. If that’s the case, then I would do whatever the bride or whoever is making the decisions really feels strongly about. Because it really doesn’t matter what wedding favor you choose. You can’t make everyone happy ~ so make yourself happy, in this case.

Well, I haven’t read the original thread, so I don’t know the context of all these suggestions, but that didn’t stop me from voting. I like cookie/candy things or mementos of the wedding. I like the idea of a magnet or a shot glass, actually. I love the photo booth. I don’t really need jam or booze. Oh, I like the planting a tree one, too. I voted for the vintage glass to take home, but I wasn’t really thinking vintage, I was thinking memento, like with their names on it. Anyway, what I really meant to say was, I didn’t vote for “nothing,” but I’m actually totally fine with nothing! No favors required!

I didn`t have favours at either of my weddings (divorced then widowed) The money was put towards the free bar. So I voted for nothing as I really don`t see the point of the extra expense.

My thing is that I will take anything, I just may end up tossing it with IG a couple of months. Anything edible will for sure be enjoyed.

My daughter and son-in-law had a baseball-themed wedding and had baseballs made up with their names, date and hearts.
I voted for photo booth as we went to a wedding where the placecards were in acrylic frame stands to use after a trip to photo booth.

I like most of them , edible or not. Edible things are fun, but I like bringing home a glass and then remembering the couple when I drink out of it. I have some fun glasses from weddings. Not sure where you're located, but I know that many places in the US do not encourage bamboo as it grows too fast and takes over native plants.

Same with mixed wildflowers, some of those could be considered invasive or noxious weeds in your area. At least here in Alberta. I voted for a couple food things. No more junk or clutter! Or nothing would be totally fine.

I voted, most of mine were edible things. And I checked candy, but for me, I would probably only take chocolate candy. Not a fan of most non chocolate candy (gummy bears and buttered popcorn jelly bellys are the exception).

I voted for all of the smaller edible things, minus the jars of stuff (honey, jelly, jam). I don’t want to have to carry home a cinnamon roll, a mini Bundt cake, a cupcake or some other messy thing. And I don’t want any glassware, photo frames or other tchotchkes. I have enough of that stuff in my life already and DH doesn’t like what we do have.
