I posted this in the general sharing thread, but thought I would post it here as well since it falls into the other crafts category. This is an 8x8" digital stamp I colored with Copic markers. I'll planning to frame it to hang in my kitchen. It took me about two hours from start to finish to color this image.

Back again with an update. I created a frame for her, so now she's really finished. Bonus points FTW!

I decided to start a mini album about all the home decor projects I’ve been making. I picked this regular photo album and added a label I cut on my cricut.

Popping in to share a couple of other crafts I've been working on this week. The first project is some DIY coasters I'm making. The base is pulp board (the same material bar coasters are made of). I decoupaged some retired Stampin' Up DSP to them using Mod Podge. I'm letting them cure for a few days then plan to add a coat of Mod Podge Dimensional Magic to seal them and make them nice and shiny. The final step will be adding a cork backing to the base to make them non-skid. I shared about the next one already in the September Sharing thread. I've decided to dip my toe into the memory keeping world and I'm learning how to construct DIY albums and folios. I purchase a few tutorials from Kathy King of Paper Phenomenon to help get me started. Here's a video showing a walk-through of my very first attempt at constructing one of her designs. While they are very detailed, she does a really great job of making the process very approachable even for someone like me who is a beginning at album construction.

teacherlisa, you have done so many cute things!! I love those pencil bags! CoffeeCrafter, that folio looks so nice! I have a friend who is really into making her own albums and they turn out so cute! Yours is going to be fun to fill! And the coasters are so fun! It would be neat to make your own like that and do different seasons or to match a table setting or whatever.

A good friend of mine has my son in two classes this year. She has been such an amazing help for him already. On line school is hard! So I saw this design and had to buy it and make her a shirt. I didn’t realize that my photo was cut off and now the shirt is with her, but you get the idea. 😀
