I think this started as someone's sketch - but I got totally off track. The "art" is encased in a page protector so hopefully it will last a long time. IMG_4908 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr

Hello peas! I hope everyone had a nice weekend. I've been working on a mini-album for my nephew, which I don't want to share here because they are very private about his photos. However, I can share these cards! These are probably all the cards I've made the past month or so. I usually use scraps to make my cards. I'm excited for CardTober! I want to make a ton of Halloween cards, as well as I have a lot of birthdays in October.

Awesome harvesting layout grammadee - looks like you had some great helpers This one isn't for a challenge and is pretty simple because the photos took up most of the real estate

Linda I didn’t read all of your lists (what a fun album!) but I had to laugh that for you fall means you OPEN your windows whereas up here we’re CLOSING them!

I know, summer is too hot for windows open here in Florida and we only had 2 days in September when it was cool enough but October usually has more.

I know, summer is too hot for windows open here in Florida and we only had 2 days in September when it was cool enough but October usually has more. We’re in that in between time when we don’t need the windows open or fans on, but most people don’t have their heat switched on yet either, although the early mornings are starting to get a bit chilly. We got a little bonus week of summery weather, so I’m going to get out into the garden tomorrow! Clean up before the weather turns yucky.

KikiPea, that is a delightfully FUN LO! Love all the action photos and the bouncing ping pong balls! Linda, your LegoLand pages continue to be awesome. You have great photos, and I love how you used all the bits of Lego pp and the separate blocks. I need to shut down my computer and get on the road. Hoping to leave some love for others later...

This week's Merry Monday post went up a day late on my blog. I've not been feeling well the past couple of days and just didn't feel up to writing a blog post, even a very simple one. Anyway, this week's Merry Monday project is actually a mini album. No photos yet, but it's completely constructed and decorated. I'm definitely getting faster. The first one I made took 10 hours for just the construction. This one also took 10 hours, but that's for both the construction and matting. For anyone interested, here's a walk through of the album.

So this is a recipe book I made with a Simple Stories kit from my LSS. I still have to fill out the recipe cards. I think I will take points for the pages that are complete. It is a video flip through with no commentary, so if you click on the link you can see all the pages. Simple Stories Recipe Book

Over the weekend I played with some very random motifs from Damask Love, just because. I decided just to mess around and not worry if the cards "made sense" - it's just pink yellow flamingo sloth HOLOGRAPHIC nonsense Sept share by jo.blackford, on Flickr An 11 year old girl will like this, right?
