Oh my not sure what I was thinking when I said I was going to do every sketch. Temporary insanity I think. Last week I was swamped at work and then had a restful relaxing weekend with my 3 oldest friends. I won't even get close to getting them all done but there are so many fantastic ideas that I am so motivated to get a bunch of pages done.

Ok, I think I am all caught up! There are some good sketches to work from. I saw a couple I liked and want to try. I am normally a pokey scrapper but this year I have been less pokey! LOL!

I am only 2 sketches behind right now. I got lucky and had a very productive weekend. Don't know if I will be able to keep up the pace, but I'm sure going to try!

Wow! Hello and welcome ladies! I have a lot to catch up on! wendy crowe your point count sounds about right. People range from the 100's into the 1000's ( Linda ) I salute those of you who take on LOAD! It sounds so fun, but I know I wouldn't keep up. Congrats on the championship win! I usually come in on the low end of points. Unless there's a shopping challenge I'm a slow scrapper and weekends are pretty much the only chance I get to scrap. September is most always my productive month due to sketchember. kellyr21 I have been less pokey this year too lol. psiluvu, I feel ya! I always want to do alllll the sketches, even when I know it won't happen. I still have one of my own to finish and I've only managed one that was posted by someone else so far. But there's still two weeks left to see what I can get done. I haven't been to the sharing thread yet, I'm trying to get caught up from the long weekend away from the board, but I believe it was only 3 pages last Friday and now it's 7! That's a lot of creating! I can't wait to see it all!

I'm three sketches behind, I think...maybe two. And I still have one of my own to do also joyfulnana. Yesterday was a super productive day - today not so much - I got caught up on my 30 Days of lists but that's it. I wasn't feeling 100% and there was school to supervise including a science experiment. Hopefully tomorrow will be more productive. I probably need to make more phone calls though - I called the school guidence office Monday morning and got voice mail and still haven't had a call back. Nor have I had a reply to my email to the school district (also Monday).

Baseball got in the way, so I'm a bit behind. I'm 5 sketches behind, but I'll be planning out pages while I'm at work (ssshhhh) so when I get home, I can just knock them out. I should be caught up by the weekend.

wendy crowe - it's important to enjoy events so they can become scrappable memories. That's awesome you can plan pages at work I'm all caught up on sketches and on my 30 days of lists. My phone just reminded me that tomorrow is MY sketch to post so I need to do a sample for that. I also need to make a batch of cards for letter writing today and hopefully keep making progress on my Legoland 2011 album. How much progress may depend on how well school/college is going for the girls.

Sorry I've been MIA a bit. It seems to happen in the middle of the month, I get busy with work, and life. I love sketchember so much. It's always my most productive month. Mostly because it forces me to make a sample LO each week lol. I did manage to get one other sketch done this month. I need to figure out journaling for it. Linda I really like the sketches you've posted and can't wait to use them. Now that mine are all done I'm going to try and get a few finished before the end of the month. We'll need a challenge in OCT for using the sketches so I can still earn some points on them lol. You and wendy crowe amaze me that you are keeping up with them all!

I'm not sure I'll get them finished - started homeschool with DD13 yesterday and had no energy afterwards. Hopefully I can scrap over the weekend

What questions do you have kellyr21 ? I you want to do it the easy way you just take 20 points for each page plus a point for sharing and creating. (that's how I do it anyway lol) Or you can go through the list of challenges and see what points you earned on each one. Plus 1 pt each for sharing and creating. I'm doing the long math way this month and counting the challenge points. OH! And for every sketch you did, you get THOSE points on TOP of other challenges you may have met on that page. Let me know if that didn't answer your question! wendy crowe my space looks like a bomb went off after just one layout. I don't know how I end up dragging out so much to do one page lol. I've complete my sketches and three others so far. I know I won't finish them all, but there are several that I definitely want to use soon.

I've not been in to groove at all this month! Where did the month go? Oh I know, Comprehensive Distance Learning (keeping up with and helping DS14 stay organized), second IEP meeting, and getting all the stuff together for a refinance on our home. Keeping the 4 acres green and starting to harvest the garden, starting plants in the new greenhouse, and finally unpacking all of the stuff that was packed due to the water damage to our home in April.
I have sat at my desk once or twice and contemplated scraping! Oh I did make several cards at the beginning of the month!

psiluvu - because of the sketchtember bonus - we have a few extra days to submit points as you can still earn the bonus for completing all by Oct 4th (except for that bonus - all points have to be earnt in September but the final totals aren't due as quickly) joyfulnana - I've earnt the Sketchtember bonus and totalled up all my points. I'm at 2662 for September and I'm pretty sure I'm done as I have a zoom meeting tonight

Okay, at least I can say I earned 366 points. Okay with the no spend I can add 290 points, with the spend on dollars (one day on all items on sale at Hobby Lobby) 24 points for $84 worth of fun new dies. Thanks AussieMeg! Spent about 2.5 hours today working on the re-finance. Our property has two tax lots, and the lender was not happy with that . . . so off to the county offices. I called yesterday and left a message after the third department, and that ended up being my saving grace. My first visit to the offices got me tax lot info, which is all public record, anyone can get it on your property. Then over to the planner. No one bothered to do the research based on my question, "how do I make the two taxes lots into one?". When the planning office called me back he was super helpful and actually did the research, then called me back and told me where to find the correct document online. Again public record. It was determined 13 years ago to be one (1) legal lot of record, which is all I needed! So back to the county this afternoon to request that the tax lot numbers be consolidated. My broker has never had this happen in 25 years of working in the field. But the good news is we will cut our interest rate on our home in half! So all this work is worth it! I also helped DSD by loading a up a bunch of our beef to take home to her house in the Seattle area. We are butchering our 2 steer on Saturday and I needed room in the freezer. She was appreciative. Again the rest of the day doing chores, and no crafting. But did come here to check in!

My points for September: 850Okay, at least I can say I earned 52 points. angel97701 (and all other team players) did you count the points for these two challenges: #14 - No Spend September - 10 points for every day you don't spend money on scrap supplies #54 - Cha Ching - 1 point for every dollar spent on scrap supplies I only just remembered today to go back and add those points, and I got 40 pints for dollars spent and 240 points for no spend days. So my point total jumped from 570 up to 850.

psiluvu totals are usually gathered between the 1st and 5th to give everyone time to wrap things up. I don't know if you are using the spreadsheet gramma does for the month but it is awesome for totaling up points. I am in awe of anyone who met the challenge and completed all the sketches! I've been a bit MIA myself. no worries to anyone that had a busy month, and didn't get to craft, it happens! I can't believe it's Oct already/finally? 2020 can't go away quick enough for me lol. you can list your points here in the thread, send them in a PM or post them in the team points collection thread in your spot if you claimed one.
