Thanks! I didn’t think that I would need this, but I found some Hero Arts stamps on their site that I want.

So......how long does Hero Arts take to ship?
This is my first time ordering from them. I guess I’ve been spoiled by a few companies that seem to get orders out much quicker. I’m still waiting to get the email that Hero Arts has shipped my order.

I’m still waiting to get the email that Hero Arts has shipped my order. They are located in San Francisco so the covid really slowed them down and now the fires might do the same thing. I usually only buy when I like the MMH kit and those take sometimes 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to get shipped. I hope this helps.

Yeah, they usually ship fast but they have been hit hard by everything 2020. They’ll get it to you, but lately it’s been taking a couple weeks to get it shipped.

Thanks. I don’t mind waiting now that I know others have had to wait a bit, too. It was that I had no idea what to expect.

When this happened to me the first time, after a few weeks, I emailed and asked about my order. They responded quickly and explained what was going on. Since then, I’ve ordered a couple times with the expectation that it may take longer than usual. I totally get wanting to know what to expect. You’ll get your order and it’ll be quality stuff. Odds are, if you’re at all like me, as soon as you get it, you’ll want to immediately place another order!

Me too! I didn't get a notification about the shipment so I'm quite surprised and pleased. Can't wait to play with my new goodies. Have fun ComplicatedLady! I hope @scarpnnana that you got it too.

I ordered one day after ComplicatedLady, so I was hoping that my order might magically show up yesterday. It didn’t, so I emailed them to ask about it. This is what I said: “On September 10th, I ordered for the first time from you. I received a confirmation email. I have heard nothing since. On your website, it states that I will receive notice once my order has shipped. It has been just over two weeks. I have not received any notice about the shipment of my order. Can you please give me some idea when I can expect it? If it has shipped, can you please give me a tracking number?” About an hour and a half later, I received a reply: “We apologize for the delay in your order! We are happy to have your order ship out today and you will receive shipping confirmation. Thank you for your continued patience.” The shipping notice was sent at the same time as the email. When I checked tracking, a label had been created, but it has not been recorded as received by the post office. At any rate, it should be sent soon. Hopefully I’ll have it within a week.

I wouldn’t say that it’s a bad experience. It’s possible that they got a lot of orders in the day between your orders and when I ordered, because of the coupon code.
I do think it seems an interesting “coincidence” that my shipping label was created within 90 minutes of my inquiry email.
I’m not upset with them. I’d just hoped to use the stamps in that order to make a birthday card for my grandson who recently got interested in Dungeons and Dragons. Since his birthday is today, I will have to come up with something else. Life goes on.

Final update:
While they printed my shipping label and gave me a tracking email in response to my inquiry email, it was not actually turned over to the post office for another 5 days (3 business days).
My order finally arrived today.

What I bought was definitely worth the wait. It was an older kit that was medieval/Renaissance Fair themed, and the add-on stamps sets to go with it.
Before COVID, our family went to at least one Renaissance Fair every year. It’s nice to find things to help scrapbook those outings.
We have kids and grandkids who play Dungeons and Dragons. These stamps will be useful for making birthday cards for them.
The stamps were from a year ago, so I was lucky that they were not a popular set. So many of their monthly kits sell out.

Lol, I think I have that kit! Or something similar! I got an awesome dragon die with it! Hero Arts is addicting. I’m glad you got your goodies.
